Room service food is not good. Otherwise decent rooms

Came here for a conference. Stayed for the sun and hospitality!

This home town hotel has a long and colorful history. In its current incarnation it is sleek and modern. The lobbies are stunning and the staff helpful. Be sure to take note of the freeze dried palm trees. This method of preparation keeps them from needing care or shedding all over the lobby. The infinity pools are lovely to watch and of course the ocean is stunning. Our room was one of the less expensive, but had great appointments and amenities. Although on the side of the building, we could see the ocean and loved watching the manta rays.

No queen size bed. Either full or king. Motel 6 has double queen beds. $45 valet parking daily excessive. $43 pp breakfast buffet excessive. $4 bottled water. $22 chicken fingers auto added 18% gratuity. $3 mini bag pretzels. No cafe con leche available. Excellent pool and employees. Very small room.

Very nice hotel with excellent restaurants and ocean views from the south tower rooms. We have stayed here twice.

great time and vacation. staff pleasant and very efficient. valet very timely. house keeping excellent. the resort itself is terrific. a server at the pool ,Ms Dania, really made my kids feel welcome. room service very good too.

the only negative , even though you expect slightly inflated prices due to being at a high end resort , the food and drink prices were steep.

I would have given it a 5 star if those prices were more in line

Attentive service throughout resort! Rooms are nicely (but minimally) decorated and extremely clean. Very very comfortable beds! Gorgeous beach location but convenient!

Here for a work meeting and was pleasantly surprised. 1) it's a Hilton property which is great. 2) rooms were nice with many good views of the ocean. 3) great pool area and beach access 4) very good staff, helpful and friendly. Found the food tasty for the meeting and they tried hard on the gluten free needs I had (they could do better from some aspects like cross contamination and their menus listing gluten free options, but hopefully that will come). 4) really great view options from many meeting rooms. Overall, I was really pleased and hope to have a meeting here again.

OMG, this place is beautiful. One of the best US resorts I've stayed in. I am a diamond member of Hilton and pretty much exclusively stay at Hilton Properties. This one is a must for time away. Tropics feel... they treat their guests like royalty.

Hotel rooms are clean, but there is a ton of dust everywhere. Elevators smell like B.O. but everything else is perfect!

Stunningly Beautiful Hotel property. Bedrooms are well apportioned with very comfortable beds and views to die for. The front desk and lobby staff are a bit pretentious, but the pool and beach staff are top notch friendly and will help abive and beyond with whatever you need. Note that all ocean view rooms except a few have balconies. If that's an important features for you, reserve one of those type rooms. This will be one of the best stays you'll ever have.

Visitenlo is an excellent hotel very good offers besides good attention and delicious pools.

Love coming here. Not only do they treat you good here, have 2 pools, located at the beach, the restaurants inside there are beautiful and delicious.

Great place to spend spring break. Diplomat Prime is a top-notch steak house that I highly recommend to anyone that likes prime steak. $$$$

This is the second time in nine months I have visited and I absolutely love it here. Everyone is nice, helpful, and accommodating. The food is tasty, the pools are superior, and even the basic rooms are quite nice and updated. Highly recommend. Don't miss out!
