Very expensive first of all and not very knowledge able staff. I got service done on my walk in cooler in march 2018 it took tech 8hrs to figure it out that compressor is bad. They replaced the compressor which costed on top of 8 hrs diagnostic labor 4700. I called about the bad service I was told to leave a msg for service manager it 2019 still waiting for call back. I was using them since 2010 they had good tech at least but since they changed tech service is the worse. I don't use them anymore and will suggest the same to others

Jonathan arrived right on time (or a few minutes early), diagnosed the problem, went and got the part, returned and installed the part, cleaned the machine and tested everything. We are very pleased with his work.

The freezer 'appear' working. But broke after 1 week later. Called back to have someone come to fix. But they tried to shake me off because they know they broke it and don't want to fix it.

Amazing first experience. First time I needed an emergency service and they were here in just a couple hours. They went above and beyond my expectations compared to other HVAC companies I have used before.

Prepped Boiler for Annual Boiler Inspection teardown, service and rebuild. Inspector had to change timing a week before the original scheduled time and Blue hat was able to accommodate the request. They showed up on time for Safety training and proceeded to complete the work. The inspector was a little late and again they made it work. The inspection went very well and items found were minor and will get repaired. Will use them again for next year.

Buyer beware! Had Blue Hat come work on my AC unit at my restaurant (they had been doing my refrigeration work for years) Told I needed a new small motor that would cost around $150 and that the coils on my AC units were very dirty and needed to be cleaned and it would take several hours. When I was billed the motor cost $600, not $150 and the several hours ended up being 19.5 hours at $105 an hour plus another $220 for chemicals to clean the coils. A total rip off!!

They work to fix the problem and not automatically order a new part. Matthew is an excellent technician.

David was quick, efficient and honest about our repair needs

I called at the end of day Monday. They scheduled it for Tuesday at 8:00. After they looked over the system they contacted me about the repair and got my approval to continue. System was functional soon after that. I can't imagine how the process could have worked better! These folks are amazing!

Jon was out looking at the vent system at Bob Evans for a number of days and he was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the process. I know very little about the systems and the like, but he put it in ways that I could understand. He put in a lot of work for us involving the split of the companies that made our system and the like, and we deeply, deeply appreciate it.
