Worst place to work. I worked for the last year and didn t get a raise even after I asked several times for one. After finally talking to the manager Ryan I was told that I couldn t get one due to points I had on attendance . I had 16 out 24 points. For the whole year I been doing my job. It wasn t based on my work performance or my commitment to work there for one year but on having points on attendance. Now I had to take some time off because my wife just had our second child and she went thru a C-section so I was told to take the time I needed and come back to work once I was ready. I took 2 weeks off to be able to let my wife recover and to help out with our baby. Now I returned to work and I m told by the Manager Ryan that I been terminated for job abandonment. This job is not worth it. I just feel like i waisted one year of my effort to a company that only goes by rumors and a corrupt manager. Hopefullly people take the time to read this before doing any work with this company or to do business with this employer that don t care about they re employees.

I was terminated after a surgery from workmans comp. Ron Pacheco, the supposed maintenance manager, while I was out for surgery, before I could come in and get my tools, Ron let other maintenance people go through my box and take my tools. As far as maintenance goes, I wouldnt work there and I wouldnt work for Ron. He lies to you then goes and tells different stories to HR. Not a fair person to deal with and you shouldnt trust him or upper management he deals with.

This is My Experience with Digital Building Components. This Company is getting it done Professionally. I was given the opportunity to Negotiate my wages at my interview. Working with Blueprints as well as SAFE material handling techniques were constantly updated for a Dynamic work experience that has progressed my knowledge and abilities in my Welding Craft. They paid me fairly. I received the raise I asked for. I watched 6 Peers Promoted from within the company. For good reasons. This production company is teamed up with (eye see them everywhere) DPR Every month we shared a Warm Meal as a Team Breaking Bread even personly Cooking meals that I know I was grateful for and looked towards as well. Great Place to work or Invest lot's of Real Growth

This is an absolutely amazing place to work. I love every minute of my shift.

The worst place to work alot of micro managing ,discrimination, the management really sucks, none of my co workers ever got raises, no bonus, no paid vacation they hired a bunch of people and in less than 3 months they let them go because they could not keep work for employees. This place HAS NO STABILITY at all Phoenix is full of opportunity this place is not one of them.

Loved the work I did as a Temp there and look forward to working with them again.
