Love working here, it is not a job for everybody but it is a job that makes a difference in someone's life.

Horribly Managed, pathetic human resources and senior management. Justin Truax and Lisa Lucoff are poor managers who discriminate and truly violate multiple HR and employment laws. Patient care suffers due to poor operations. Do not let them transfer your family members and stay away from working here.

I just started working here and I couldn't be happier. I haven't encountered anyone who is rude or hateful. I see smiles every day and people are always saying hello...

Horrible experience and hadn't even made it out of training! No proper OJT training as we would sit hours at a time doing nothing because our trainer would be pulled onto the phones to help the actual floor. The trainer in the classroom is rude and I felt as though we were getting on her nerves when asked a question or to repeat herself! I was not properly trained to gain the skills I needed to properly do my job. They give you the bare minimum in training and once you get to the OJT part you feel lost an overwhelmed! Not enough OJT either to help train newbies as they hit the floor! Pay and benefits are great but if I don't know my job fully I have no way of succeeding! So much to learn not adequate training to learn it! Very high stress and overwhelming, always changing your day to day training schedule based off their needs and not your availability as well. So much to say but not a place I'd recommend!

RUN, don't walk away from this horribly managed "work facility!" The most ass-backward training, especially OJT. No appropriate mentors to help (mine was having an affair with another CSR)! Manager NEVER available! Seems my experience has been shared by more than just a few people. This place needs to "clean house" of its poor Management! My advice is to invest your time in a worthwhile job where you are given appropriate training!

Great place to work ! They treat their employees well here.
