This is so far a bad delivery for Devault Foods...first come first serve, been here since 7am and it is now 1:20pm...was the first truck here!!! Worst place I have been to in PA!!!....came back to edit the review...got put in a door...still don t have the paperwork...it is now 3:04pm...receiving stops at 4pm...have missed out on 4 backhauls due to this nonsense!!!!
They were a bit slow at unld. But did finally get unloaded
Drivers, do not take loads here or from here. You will stand and wait for all the daytime local trucks to do their job. If you have to come here, be sure to get paid to detention or layover. Next time the broker will raise their price for your services and this will teach them manners.

Let me give you a tip... your Logistics manager is on the night shift, has no idea what he is talking about or where he is. When talking to us, he tries to explain things that are easy to get right, after which he just turns his back and leaves. This shows your and his level of manners.

One of the worst job places in my adult working life. Horrible work-life balance. Infeasible job if you have any kind of family, if you're returning to school, or even if you have a family member returning to school. Expect mandatory 60 hour workweeks with no appreciation. Phyllis is a terrible manager and a total "Karen" (aka "I will speak to your manager" middle aged white lady from those memes). No Merry Christmas from me to this business. BAH HUMBUG!
They loading my truck in less than two hours from I arrive to his place,the guy was polite with me and helpful,the adrees that I took was I-76,make right in north Morehall rd another right in whitehorse Rd and another right before you pass the post office is side by side with the post office you can see the company the place is not big have trailer for every where
I do NOT recommend Devault as a workplace. "Family centered"...bwahaha what a joke. Common opinion around here is that the only families management respects or cares about are their own. They leave by a certain time every day while others slave away until as late as 2am or later some days. Quite a few employees including supervisors feel a bad morale about the president. They make people work 50-60+ hour weeks or 7 day weeks a lot. Salaried supervisors almost never get a day off. Working here gives you no life. You will feel like all you're doing with your life is living and breathing factory work. Try requesting off for something very important, get approval from the manager, then find out a day later that a new manager took over and any prior approved request is now coldly nullified. They never run holiday workplace parties or anything fun to boost workplace morale. There's some really good supervisors here who get overworked, taken advantage of time wise, and get their power usurped from them at any given moment with no prior notice. The one manager is very two faced and unfriendly, never has a single nice thing to say...Phyllie with the bad hair is what folks here call her behind her back. No appreciation at all. I've seen this job literally ruin lives. One guy got his leg cut off and his other leg mangled while working here as a temp within the last few years. Another girl more recently had to be hospitalized after how nasty one of the managers treated her. Work here? I don't think so.
Other than my truck GPS (complete with the latest map updates) not knowing the address... Google maps managed to get me there with no problems...
Horrible, there is alot to be addressed. Mr Chat is the man in charge. Great person he's only been there for a month so not his fault. Make sure you confirm your appointment. I spend 5 hours in this place and I was being helped. Good luck for everyone drivers and wrshe workers.
