I was terminated after a surgery from workmans comp. Ron Pacheco, the supposed maintenance manager, while I was out for surgery, before I could come in and get my tools, Ron let other maintenance people go through my box and take my tools. As far as maintenance goes, I wouldnt work there and I wouldnt work for Ron. He lies to you then goes and tells different stories to HR. Not a fair person to deal with and you shouldnt trust him or upper management he deals with.
