I also thank Senior Tech Andre for localizing a symptom of a copper seat injection washer failed to seat/seal the injector from exhaust blow-by. This destroyed the injector tip and covered it and injector sleeve with carbonaceous matter.

I was able to limp my truck to get a balance flow rate which identified my #8 injector. I replaced all four even injectors again (those had about four miles on the set) I couldn t take a chance and have another fail

After receiving a part that was from someone else and found out it was no good we had to have this pump for our 1998 Dodge Ram diesel truck. I called and talked with Omar, found him to be very knowledgeable of our problem and very helpful. We sent our original part to L & J Diesel had them test it, they fixed it, and sent it back to us. The place here that fixed our truck said the part was great and looked great when it was returned. Thank you L & J for helping us out of the mess we were in. Would we recommend them you bet we would. Thanks Omar you guys were great. To mention there is no replacement for this part. So lot's a luck in finding one. The only thing you can do is find a remanufacture that is good and you not being taken for a ride by scammers.

Ordered injectors for my power stroke 6.0. They shipped them out very quickly and provided a return label for the cores. Installed the injectors and my truck runs like new!! They were very helpful and the service was great. I highly recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a set of reman injectors from L&j Diesel, shipping was prompt,with the shipping label for core return. I had my diesel mechanic install them with new tubes and after the install the truck wouldn't start, we called back a few times and Andrew helped us trouble shoot the problem. We pulled the injectors out and sent them back, they tested and confirmed there was a problem the remans i received. Being that we had to get this truck up and running fast, I went to the local Cummins dealer and bought a new set from them.(would not recommend that to anyone for they are extremely expensive ) but with a trucking business time is money !!! Thanks to Andrew for understanding that !!!! He said he'd waive the restocking fee and give me a 100% refund on the troubled injectors. He said i should receive my refund within 3 or 4 days. Hats off to Andrew!

L&J Diesel Service SOLD ME 1 set 1905.04 with core fee worth of injectors7/26/17and control tubs for 2006 cummins. The first set didn t run for a 1 hour, smoking and knocking. Took them out and had tested at a local injector service. All 6 of them failed the standard test high return and 1 stuck open. I called L&J Diesel Service warranty manager, they shipped me out a different set of injectors and charged me $2102.87 8/18/17 for them!! The first set of injectors were returned and my account should not have been charged, as this should have been warranted. I took the second set received to the local injector service and had them tested before putting them in the truck and one didn t pass the min. return test. That is a total of 7 bad injectors. Now I only had 5 to put in my truck which is a 6 cylinder. So, I had to use one of the injectors that had the best return rate. Got the truck back running. It ran for 400 miles and put me on the side of the road with smoking and knocking stuck injectors. I had it hauled it back to the mechanic service (which is a license diesel shop) that is doing my work. He pulled the injectors and took them to the tester and found 1 stuck open and 2 with extreme high return flow rate. At this point I have paid you over $4500 for 2 sets of injectors, 2 towing bills, the mechanic has charged me for pulling 2 sets of new injectors, plus the local injector service charged me for each injector tested 12 at this point and I have a rental truck fee for all the days my truck has been out of service. I hope this hasn t damaged the engine cyl. I cannot continue to attempt to use injectors of this poor quality. After 5 days still can t even get a return phone call.
You have received my cores, the first set of defective injectors. I am now sending back the second set of defective injectors. I demand a full refund and my cores returned back to me. If this has not been done within 5 business days of receiving this letter I will file suit on L & J Diesel Services. You will at that time be responsible for legal fees and any other damage this may have caused my motor. This is not a threat, I have the means and intend fully to take action. I do not want any of your poor-quality injectors in return, I will buy them from Dodge.

I live in Tifton Georgia... Tony Anderson is the most highly respected diesel mechanic in the area... He suggested that I order my parts through dieselogic in jacksonville... I did... The sales rep on the phone told me not to purchase the $899 set of injectors as they were not offered with new glow plugs and they were not holding up as well as the step highrrset... So I ordered the better set... I've had absolutely no issues and the customer service was great... As well as the core charge being deferred long enough for me to send my cores back in... That's nice... Diesel parts are not cheap by any means, and to have to pony up another $400 was just not in the cards... Thank you for your service and outstanding parts...

I cannot speak for the product because I have not used it yet, but I experienced great custom service so far.

The company i work for are repeat customers with L&J Diesel Services Inc. We've ordered injectors and other parts at the best prices around.The injectors are rebuilt to perfection with no problems whatsoever with them.
Word of advice though is to make sure you return your injectors for your small core charge you had to pay upfront. If you do not return within 30 days your card will be charged $200* per injector without a refund!

Diesel logics was a great place to deal with the person was nice the thing I really liked was I m a do it yourself guy and a lot of the times when you call and ask questions people want to make you feel stupid for the questions you asked and don t want to deal with you but diesel logic wasn t like that they was very helpful and got me the kit I was looking for at a good price

My experience with L&J Diesel was not the greatest. It started back in September of 2015. I purchased 8 injectors for my LB7 duramax. They arrived in a timely fashion, and that's when things started to fall apart.
I had a certified diesel technician do all of the work for me, i know how finicky these diesels can be. I wanted to make sure the job was done right. After replacing all 8 injectors, lines, and fuel filter, i had 1 injector that was out of spec. It actually ran worse than before. Naturally i was not very happy, but they had what looked like a solid warranty plan. This is when the fun began.
They sent out a replacement injector for the one that was failing. This one wasn't in any better shape. At least two more failed after driving it for a short period of time. Twice i paid to have a computer hooked up so i could send the balance rates to customer service ($50.00 each time). I strongly suggest having some kind of tangible proof of your claims when dealing with this company. I have my balance rates for anyone that would like to see what I was dealing with.
A few months had passed at this time. I still had the non working injectors in my vehicle. They offered to send me 8 more injectors, but i would still be responsible for paying a mechanic for a 3rd time to replace injectors! I decided to get injectors from a "reputable" dealer. This fixed the problem!
Of course L&J Diesel was not happy to hear this. At this point they offered to send me some of their "higher grade" injectors. I wondered why they hadn't sent those to me in the first place. I declined and asked that my money be refunded. At this point they wanted me to send my cores back before they would refund my money. I declined that because they already had my money and my first set of cores.
By this time its February of 2016 and my patience was wearing thin. They sent my old cores back to me, after about a month of "bargaining". Once again i paid the same mechanic to install injectors that were NOT from L&J. The vehicle runs absolutely perfect now.
Fast forward to today 4/25/2016. After 7 months, and numerous phone calls (at least once a week, sometimes more), I finally received my refund. However, it was only a partial refund! Apparently they had to charge me a restocking fee. I only received $760.70 of the $944.95 i spent. I waited 7 months for this!? I am very disappointed with both the product and customer service i received from this company.
I would be more than happy to provide call logs, receipts, and any other information to anyone that has questions about my experience.

Product was just fine but dealing with costumer service to get money from my cores back was terrible. They were hell bent on trying to make me give up on getting my 1200 back. And after dozens of phone calls someone finally said oh yeah we got it in over a week ago and I blew up. That's what it takes to get your money back here so be prepared to be hateful and persistent.

Great business, had a question about a product called and spoke with a nice lady that answered my question no problem. Ordered online, very fast shipping received within a week.

I just recently ordered a set of remanufactured injectors for my 06 duramax lbz and so far they are performing flawlessly and it resolved my low fuel rail pressure code just took the truck on a 500 mile round trip and it never skipped a beat

WE HERE AT KENNEY AUTOMOTIVE HAVE USED DIESEL LOGIC IN THE PAST AND LIKED THE RESULTS, UPON MY SECOND EXPERIENCE NOT THE SAME. WE HAD SOME CHALLENGES, 3 FAULTY INJECTORS ON A DURAMAX LB7. I'M NOT GONNA LIE, WE SPENT HOURS ON THE PHONE OVER THIS.....IN THE END, DIESEL LOGIC DID THE RIGHT THING, THEY REFUNDED MY COSTS ON ALL PARTS SUPPLIED, AND HAVE OFFERED A FREE SET OF INJECTORS FOR MY NEXT CHALLENGE IF AND WHEN I NEED THEM. THE OWNER, OMAR (EXCUSE ME IF I MISS SPELLED IT) REACHED OUT TO ME PERSONALLY, HE SEEMS INTELLIGENT, EXPERIENCED, AND SYMPATHETIC ABOUT THE ENTIRE SITUATION. BASED ON THE OUTCOME, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AGAIN, AND WILL CONSIDER THEM THE NEXT TIME I'M IN THE MARKET FOR DIESEL INJECTORS.

Recived products was timely had problems woth the injectors but thay did adress the problem and sent me another nee set but did not cover the labpr gor customer

I ordered a set (8) of diesel injectors in the middle of April. I received the injectors and installed them in my truck. I am a certified Diesel engine mechanic. After installing these injectors the engine ran far worse and had injector knock in 2 or more cylinders. I called the company and they said send them back and they will test them and replace the faulty injectors. So I sent them back and 3 weeks later I hadn t heard a word from them so I called them and they had said that they had just checked the injectors in and out them in there testing queue. Another week later I still hadn t heard and called again. They said they hadn t tested them yet. I damanded demandedif they weren t tested by the end of the day I wanted a refund. They called me back later the same day and had said they all failed testing so they were sending me 8 new injectors. I received those a week later and installed those that weekend. I found that the truck ran a little better but still had injector knock in at least 2 cylinders. I then called again and they had told me the same thing as before. Seeing as how this is a 12 hour job minimum each time it s done I decided that 2 times is enough and wanted a refund. They told me to send them back again and they would test them and issue a refund as long as they failed testing. 2 weeks later I had to call once again cause I never heard anything. They had told me that all 8 injectors had passed testing and they would issue a refund minus a 30% restocking fee cause the injectors had passed testing. I know for fact that at least 2 injectors were causing knocking and the engine to run with a lack of power. I had argued that they were faulty and they told me there was nothing they could do. Finally we came to an agreement of a 15% restocking fee and that they would send the full refund minus the 15%. They also owed me core injectors that I had sent them in the beginning. I have since received the core injectors but have not received the refund. I called and emailed after waiting 2 weeks and never got a return call or email. So I proceeded to file a dispute with the credit card company at the end of July. I just found out on September 4th that the credit card company had favored the Merchant because this company said they credited my card $69.50 on April 29th. They credit on April 29th was due to back ordered parts that I had ordered with the original order of injectors. I told them that they can keep the backordered parts and send me a credit for those and that I d find those parts on my own. I m looking for my money back that is due to me for returned parts that were advertised as something that didn t meet the standards advertised. I ve since ordered a set of (8) injectors from AC-Delco and haven t had any issues since.

Once upon a time,I was driving my dodge truck.After many miles,it kept conking out and ,throwing injection codes.After a few choice words, I bit the bullet and,ordered a full set of injectors from Dieselogic.Then they came in the mail and,it was on.Carefully thought out how to put those babies in, buttoned her up.Started right up and, sounded like a lean , mean diesel machine!!! I researched many different web sites to purchase injectors for my 2002 Ford 7.3L with 400,000+ miles. I read many negative reviews and many positive reviews. And after reading those reviews I was able to narrow my decision down to Dieselogic. And that reason is because the negative reviews Dieselogic has received are many due to misdiagnosis and not bad parts. But mainly Dieselogic was still willing to help the customer. The other thing that swayed my decision was the written policy and procedures for core returns. NO GUESSING!!

Found the best price on re-manufactured diesel injectors on the internet. Fit was perfect. We were missing some seals that should have come with the kit. Then , after installation we had a electrical malfunction on one of the injector drive circuits, L&J were quick to send us 8 more as soon as we returned the cores. Purchased new glow plugs for 84 K5 6.2. no longer tired to the electrical cord. I had to plug it in every where I went. Now I hold the glow plugs 10 seconds and it fires right now. Thank you diesel logic

Crooked Lying and flat out Dishonest.
I perched over 3000 dollars of parts for a Truck that turned out to need a whole new engine. So the parts were immediately returned to Dieselogic. These parts were never even taken out of the box and absolutely returned well within the Dieselogics return policy period. The return was insured by FedX, received and signed for. There customer service rep Rick has even told me that the parts were received and still in the original boxes. He also has stated the return had been approved and the credit will be put back onto my card. Well, that was 3 weeks ago and I still haven't got a straight answer from anyone about my return credit.

Dieselogic is a terrible company to do business with and I would suggest not too!

I ordered a full set of injectors for my 6.9 idi. They shipped quickly and were priced right. I could not be happier with the quality of the parts and the performance of the injectors. The old girl still needs a few things and those parts will be bought from Dieslogic.com

Terrible customer service. Awful product that s brought me nothing but issues. Ordered this product prior to hearing all the negative reviews but gave them the benefit of the doubt instead of returning them like I should have. Less than 6 months from purchase I had an injector stick open and almost destroyed my engine. It was like pulling teeth to get them to even replace the one injector and they made me pay a core charge for their product failing! I had to call them multiple times and wait 3 weeks for them to refund my core charge, I should have made them replace all 8 but reluctantly didn t. Now I have been left stranded and spent almost a grand getting my truck towed and diagnosed to find out that all of the injectors are junk and conveniently my warranty is up and they refuse to back their junk product or do anything about the situation. I do not recommend this company or any of their products. They warranty them just long enough so when they fail they don t do anything about it. Go spend the extra money on a good quality product. Now I have to spend a couple thousand more on a quality product to get my truck going again.

I got my injectors on time. The connecting tubes were on backorder and I wasn't told this till I called when they weren't in the injector box. Poor communication. Product works great.

Just got my truck back today after replacing the injectors. Starts right up and runs good.

So far so good. Provided with great customer service and the parts ordered are working well after 1k miles. Ordered new injectors, injector lines, and glow plugs.

Purchased a set of injectors for a 06 dodge got the injectors shipped with 2 day shipping received on time (great)
After getting them all changed out started the truck and after starting truck had a massive fuel knock sounded like a rod was coming through the side of the block reason of new injectors I had one sticking when engine was off causing a bunch of unburnt fuel at start up In the mornings...
I messaged the warranty portion of the company which I asked to ship the faulty injector back
Figured out which injector was bad after capping fuel on each injector pulled the faulty injector and put a old one back so I could atleast drive the truck if needed I got the shipping info and shipped the faulty injector back including my cores the warranty lady that has been emailing me was doing great keeping in touch but now the company has completely stopped talking to me won t answer the phones won t respond to any emails
I spent 1300$ on a set of injectors and a additional 200$ For 2 day shipping
I would figure the company would be at least staying in contact and try to make this right
Needless to say I will most likely not be using diesel logic again in the future....not impressed with the costumer service at all....
