Purchased a set of injectors for a 06 dodge got the injectors shipped with 2 day shipping received on time (great)
After getting them all changed out started the truck and after starting truck had a massive fuel knock sounded like a rod was coming through the side of the block reason of new injectors I had one sticking when engine was off causing a bunch of unburnt fuel at start up In the mornings...
I messaged the warranty portion of the company which I asked to ship the faulty injector back
Figured out which injector was bad after capping fuel on each injector pulled the faulty injector and put a old one back so I could atleast drive the truck if needed I got the shipping info and shipped the faulty injector back including my cores the warranty lady that has been emailing me was doing great keeping in touch but now the company has completely stopped talking to me won t answer the phones won t respond to any emails
I spent 1300$ on a set of injectors and a additional 200$ For 2 day shipping
I would figure the company would be at least staying in contact and try to make this right
Needless to say I will most likely not be using diesel logic again in the future....not impressed with the costumer service at all....
