Product was just fine but dealing with costumer service to get money from my cores back was terrible. They were hell bent on trying to make me give up on getting my 1200 back. And after dozens of phone calls someone finally said oh yeah we got it in over a week ago and I blew up. That's what it takes to get your money back here so be prepared to be hateful and persistent.
