I feel good bringing my vehicle here. They don't try to cheat you or sell you anything you don't need. They also try to give you a heads up for next time so you can be prepared about a costly service like brake pads or needing new tires. Appreciate that

Service Department is top notch. I bring my two vehicles here for service with Joe V. and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Sure, I pay dealership service prices, but who cares... I feel confident and at peace knowing that I'll get many more miles out of my vehicles for years to come.

We were looking to buy a Toyota Tacoma, our sales guy Chris Wadsworth was awesome! He gave great customer service, was friendly and explained everything in detail. Thanks to Moises the manager on site and Felix who was very patient and explained all of the extra coverage available for our new truck. Needless to say we are extremely happy with our purchase, we would definitely come back again. Highly recommend coming to see Chris for your next car purchase!

Horrible customer Experience to say the least with...

Horrible customer Experience to say the least with the service dept. My vehicle clearly under Toyota Extended warranty met the miles criteria and the years criteria for the extended warranty for vehicle and they did not cover the part which is hightly expensive. They added their stipulations why they are not able to cover, which were unexepable and pathetic. The rules clearly were bent i their favor not the customers favor, dont expect a favorable experience at this dealership. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

The "manager" came out to finalize the offer on the 4Runner and my trade-in looking at me like I just beat his dog. I left without a deal and 20 minutes later I get a call from the salesman with a reasonable offer. I accepted the offer and returned to the dealership 30 minutes later. When I arrived they left me waiting for 25 minutes then told me the car was sold...as was the other one with the same trim package in a different color. Oh but would I be interested in a another one. It's doubtful I'll ever be a Dick Pie customer.

They recently remodeled but have maintained their quality in service and price. Their synthetic fuel oil change is still less than at Walmart or Sam's club.

Basic waiting area and free coffee. There is an open room with some computer games for little kids.

Purchasing, trading in, or just browsing for a new vehicle can be stressful especially during the current situation. I personally am grateful for the exceptional sales experience at Poe Toyota. Thanks to Daniel Escobedo and Beto Berumen for all their hard work my needs. From the moment you arrive at the dealership you re greeted by friendly faces. I would urge anyone in the market for a vehicle to purchase it at Poe Toyota.

This was unbelievable. The entire staff gave horrible customer service and did not care if they were doing their job correctly. No one had answers.....staff was lazy and could not give an answer to issues with my car. It was always someone else's fault (a tech) which they seem to never find. The manager could not be found. No answers and staff could care less on professional service. Staff was loud and making jokes and over talking myself as if my issue was less than important than what they did socially the night before. Staff unruly with a manager who could not control and take initiative to show the staff common sense. When the (manager) Albert Delgado finally showed up he could not offer realistic solutions. He could not control his staff. Staff aggressive and was saying derogatory statements to me. I assume they thought I did not know Spanish. Horrible experience and will report to better business bureau. Toyota is a great car but the level of employees is an embarrassment. Hope someone sees this to make changes quick! If not.....better business will. We work hard for our money and we care about our cars and our children and elderly loved ones who we transport in these cars. It's scary to realize that a dealership staff could care less except make a paycheck. Go to another dealership who has educated staff and understand that vehicle is safety for you....our children....and parents.

Very poor selection of 4x4 trucks. The sales people are annoying, asking a lot of personal questions like "how many kids do you have?" What does that matter, I want to buy a truck!!!
Plus, when we inquired on the actual mechanics of the truck, for example the differences in suspensions, all they could say was "it's just a better suspension."
Overall did not like my experience here.

Awesome service! Charlie was exceptional; clearly he went above and beyond making sure we were taking care of. Highly recommend service department at Poe Toyota. Everyone involved was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Customer does come first at Poe Toyota!

I was told 1:30 to 2hr wait to get my oil change. I wait for 5 hours!! When I saw my car finally done with the shop 3 hours later. I waited an hour till I asked the service desk is my car ready? Then the guy blew me off and said ma am it s a 2-3 hour wait, we need time to do the paperwork Then they tried to charge me for my free oil change. I got an oil change from them few months ago and they put a sticker in my car stating next oil change is on us. The only reason I came here was to get my free oil change. Then the best thing the guy could do for me was give me a military discount. Which in fact it was already gonna be given to me because I am in the military. I m not mad about paying, I m just super upset how long it took them to help me. Also how rude the guy was when I tried asking for an update on my vehicle after I waited for 4 HOURS!!!!

I brought my car for an oil change today; service advisor, Manuel Luna approached me right away; he took my and immediately presented my car to the technician who performed the oil change within 45 minutes.
Everyone in the shop/dealership was frendly, polite and very professional. I like this place very much.

Quick and friendly service....I dropped my wife's car off for service and state inspection in the morning around 8:30a.m. and it was ready for pick-up by 10:30a.m.
I am throwing in the 5th star because they have a military discount and I truly appreciate a business that takes care of Vets.....Great Job!

Poe Toyota service department FAILED today at basic customer service. I waited over 5.5 hrs only to be told that they did not have a battery for my car. When someone in the department knew that within an hour of me arriving. And then when I asked for some consideration for this unacceptable wait... I asked that the fuel charge on the loaner car be waived... The service manager didn't have the guts or the authority or he just didn't want to waive an at most $30 fuel charge. And I bought my vehicle at Poe Toyota...this is how Poe Toyota treats customers who buy vehicles from them. Make your own judgment...

worst customer service I ever had purchasing a vehicle. The salesman Michael was obviously annoyed because we changed our mind on how much we wanted to spend. In the end we did get the price we wanted but it felt very awkward and felt lots of tension. Car buying is supposed to be a nice feeling. We test drove the vehicle and he did nothing on trying to educate on the vehicle, (although I already knew about it which is why I wanted it in the first place) But he didnt know that. I will never buy a car from there again and dont recommend it. I know its just one salesmen but someone higher up in the place hired him so what does that say about management.

Had a little trouble setting up an appointment....granted it was 11 at night but someone was on the chat. Im sure had I contacted them at a reasonable hour it would not have been a problem. I was able to talk to a salesman, however it is their policy that I HAD to take a test drive in order to get a quote. Ive never heard of that. Also never heard of a $1000 surcharge to order a color that was not in stock. Seems like someone was tryin to make a few extra bucks. Not sure if they are competitive with the Las Cruces dealer.

My husband and I bought a 2017 Toyota Tundra 3 months ago. The Check Engine light came on about 70 miles outside of El Paso on our drive back home to Arizona today. We d driven 450 miles and had 500 miles to get home. We looked online and found Poe Toyota. We drove into your service department and asked if someone could tell us if we had a serious engine problem. Jeffrey of your service department was able to access our Tundra s computer and told us what the problem was that caused the service engine light to come on. He did a minor adjustment that took less than 1 minute. He then said we could drive safely and get the issue addressed when we get home. He saved two weary and worn out travelers from a potentially very stressful situation. He is a credit to your dealership. We ll tell everyone about Poe Toyota and your professional and knowledgeable service technician, Jeffrey.
