My family has stayed at this resort twice now and we love it! Both rooms and screened patios are spacious and I find the staff to be very nice from front desk,bar, and housekeeping.

Truly nice resort right on top of the beach. Enjoyed the fine dining restaurant overlooking the gulf. Casual restaurant provided good fare and enjoyed table side. Ample parking. Suite was modern and very clean. The hallway was odd. Painted a clinical dark grey and felt like a garage parking structure. Pleasantly surprised when we opened door to suite which was flooded with light. Daily calls to come down to sales center regarding their time share.

I loved the restaurants & bar in this hotel! & every single staff member was exceptionally nice, friendly & helpful! The room was beautiful with a wonderful view! If you want a beautiful vacation spot, this is it! I will definitely be back!

Love this place, was under construction. I would wait till they're finished to go, as there is no place to get away from the smokers.

Stopped for Para sailing. The place was neat and clean.

I stopped by to have a drink at sunset, and the service was excellent! The Sunset was too.

Diamond Head is one of my favorite places to just unwind and chill for a few days.

Went to the jet ski rental at the hotel. Had a blast and great customer service!

Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Food good at cabanas and chloe's lounge and chloe's restaurant. Food's a bit pricey. Good night's sleep. Might want to ask for a room with cooktop. Pool and spa are good. Local newspaper, WiFi, bellman service, TV has sufficient channel selection. Housekeeping and maintenance are good.

The staff gets 5 stars they were amazing and very friendly. The view is a 5 very nice. The room was a 3 only because im a shower person and the shower didn't have a door, which would have been fine if the floor would have been deeper so that the water wouldn't splash out as much...stepping on to a cold bath rug is not my favorite. There had to have been slight clog in the shower because there was standing water every time we turned the shower on and it took a while to go down...so we wore shower shoes in there. Oh and there was not a bar in the shower to hang your wash rags that was disappointing. So we hung a hanger on the Towel rack on the outside and hung the wash rags on there. Be mindful of the little barrier thats right before you step out onto the balcony, if you are not paying attention you will trip. The balcony is screened in. Also the restaurant closed earlier than we expected, 8pm and 9pm. I don't know if it was just the time of year or if it was because it was a week day. Pool was nice. It went up to 5 feet.

Good location, clean rooms, friendly service. Currently under construction and the red tide makes the beach smell terrible though.

They are building a new restaurant above the bar next to the pool and the noise is incredible. Jackhammering, throwing construction materials into dumpsters, the works. Loud in the bar, loud on the beach, loud in the rooms during the day.

MAKE SURE YOU CALL and find out if they are still demolishing the second floor before you book so you know what to expect. We may have just hit a really bad time in the demolition, they are supposed to be done in October.

Manager took care of us and the staff is super friendly. The rooms are large with a nice kitchenette. The views are spectacular. Will look forward to coming back after they are done with the new restaurant.

A local here in town. Love this place. The view is amazing. The rooms are very clean and large. Staff was great and the hotel is in walking distance to all restaurants and bars.

There was bed bugs in our room and instead of moving into another room they decided not to even try to clean the bed and instead tell us to come down .

Great beach view has 2 restraunts right on the beach has a pool and 2 hot tubs staff was rlly nice

This is a great place to stay. Clean, organized, and they thought about all details. If I ever come back to Ft Meyers I will definitely stay there again.u

Very accomidating, fun place to be for our family vacation

If you're coming to Ft. Myers Beach, stay here! The food and drinks are soooooo good! The pool is great with drink and food service to your chair from their Cabana Cafe/Bar. The rooms are excellent also.

The restaurant COSTE features a fantastic view, and an outstanding menu. Avoid any dish containing the pork bellies. They were squares of barely cooked fat squares with a bit of pork which took forever to extract from my Lobster Carbonara. What possessed the chef to replace bacon wedges I will never comprehend. Diners at the next table ordered 4 one pound platters of stone crab seved over ice at $60 each. The couple at our table ordered the short rib on a square of risotto and were delighted as was my husband with his pork chop.

Very nice place to stay. We've stayed here two times already. Our room had a small kitchen, and a mini fridge in it.

Beautiful resort. Loved it, the staff was wonderful. The view from our room spectacular. The room wasy spacious. We will go back soon and we recommend it 100%. Thank you!!!

Excellent service and good vibes. Music on the cabana was superb.

I found the bartender Spike to be very courteous and friendly in the lounge on the lobby floor. I do feel there is a problem with the management when she seems to get no help with food orders, garbage, glasses etc. , Overloading employees with items not on their duty list leads to lack of moral and loss of good quality people.

It's a great property. Fort Myers Beach is wonderful and clean. The rooms are big, there's a kitchenette so clean and tidy. Huge balcony with dinning and ocean views. Spectacular.. this place has my heart. There are two restaurants with super yummy food, staff and happy hour too The location is also perfect. If you step out you have a good choice of bars and restaurants to visit. Waiting to go back

Great menu and staff. Thanks to Tracey, Pam and Bronson for making us feel comfortable and well attended. A casual environment with upscale menue options with a nice wine and beer selection.

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, the beds are fairly comfortable, and it is right on the beach. We did not have any issues with noise. The balconies are screened in, which is nice for enjoying the weather without bugs. There is a company renting beach chairs and umbrellas directly in front of the hotel (beach side). It is a little pricey but your seats are yours for the entire day. The refrigerator doesn't have a freezer. But the kitchen is equipped well enough to eat meals in. The free bike use was fantastic. The bikes have baskets on the front which is super helpful when going to the grocery store. It is located in a good position and we were glad that we didn't rent a car. The trolley, tram, and bikes were sufficient to get around (as well as walking).

Have been coming to this place for the past six years, and never left disappointed. Staff and amenities have always been great. Always something to do at the resort, or around the area. Will keep coming back here as much as I can.

Booked it at the last minute, not knowing what to expect, and fortunately it has worked out well. The staff is friendly, the place is clean, and it is right on the beach. Despite this being a crowded area I haven't had any trouble finding a parking spot when we return from trips out. So far it is mainly a family place but the single people here seem to be having fun. It is walking distance to all kinds of other amenities.

Food, drinks, atmosphere, and service were all on point. Excellent.

We really enjoyed this place. Great service. Great pool. Really good food/bar areas. Walking distance to everything. Rooms were basic but they did have the separate room we required. They had wristbands for keys and such and that was a plus. We will be booking this place again in the future. Beach was right there and had access to all the vendors.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, It was above and beyond expectations!

Slipped and fell down the stairs from someone else's spilled drink I'm in pain and bruised. I wish there was a restroom down stairs instead of up stairs. Food was great. Took that negative situation and stayed positive.

DiamondHead is all about hospitality. They understand this is about guest vacations not about them just performing at a job.

Stayed for 4 days and place was awesome! Price was pretty reasonable for a nice resort such as this. Would recommend it to anyone! Room had a separate bedroom with a king size bed. Sleep sofa in the den area. Everyone there was really friendly! Nice pool with 2 Jacuzzis. Restaurants on site. Room service. Never need to leave!

Currently here and feel like this was a setup. I reserved via Airbnb and nowhere on the reservation does it say diamond head resort. I was under the impression that we were stay in a cozy apartment on the beach for nearly $1000. Beautiful view but disappointed in the fact that it s a hotel

Great, spacious rooms with great views. Excellent staff as well. Bar downstairs by the pool is friendly and has some interesting drinks that were always strong. Beach in front of the resort is large and it isn't too crowded even in season.
