I have done maybe 15 shipments (import and export) with DHL Singapore in 2017 so far. I gave them 2 stars as their core competency, quick delivery is there. My overseas shipments have reached or been sent out all within 18 - 72 hours, great. 2 Stars cause their staff in their payroll are grossly incompetent. Out of the 15 shipments with them, maybe 5 went smoothly (no problems), rest always had issues, which is solely the fault of admin staff. Issues like package dropped off (in their system), did not show tracking, call them and blamed shipper (even when I had a receipt picture). Or like when I used their system to export, system said pick up from my shop, asked to change to home, she said cannot, so changed pick up date, then they went to my house for a failed pickup. There are other stories, but you get the picture.The only reason these people have their jobs seems to be DHL has their core competency in order to support these loads of useless people. If management ever reads this, its time to think why the high rate of admin failures.
