First is my document from CH-SG. They stated that sender put wrong postal code so it's landed on other side of island warehouse. The admin suggest me to pick up if i need it urgently as they might take 2 days to fix their problem and send back to me. I make trip down to their warehouse @Tai Seng ( the lady on the call make sure it was there. i even ask twice for the address location to make sure it really there) and ask them not to proceed with delivery so i can self collect and i reached there only to found nothing. the CS said that they already process it and bring the doc to GEM jurong. Oh wow..
Second, this parcel from Japan - Sg.
Rate is very high and the japan DHL only notify my sender that the parcel is too open ( the wooden crate not fully covered) so they will require an export packing. AND never said the volume size will be DOUBLED.
I only know this after all the delivery done. I'M VERY SHOCK TO OPEN My door with greeting from such a big box (that i can even sit inside and hide ) for item 40x45x45cm. and they charge me bills from $486 to $968.
They not even ask my consent as the account owner when they do this over size packing.

had settled this matter with Acc Manager after more than half a year case.. But i think you should do better as a big and reputable company.
