When you have a shipment coming from here know that they do not prioritize home addresses. So home addresses mostly get it after midday. And if it is something important, they mostly call and negotiate the time of arrival.

DHL really only cares about business customers so they should just shut down the private section. The last package I received from DHL was incorrectly marked from the online store and received a demand of 500, - from DHL. According to the Consumer Council, DHL will demand this from the online store and repay me, but good luck getting DHL to actually do more than they absolutely have to. Don't settle a settlement or trial for 500, - and that's probably what DHL expects.
Scammers. Had to pay vat and import taxes on something that this was already payed for, and on top of that they have sent the item in return. So i have payed a lot for nothing. CRIMINALS.
If you have a chance to use another service, please do.
Of course you might be within people who got everything on time, but based on my experience and such big number of negative reviews, the probability to have bad experience is too high to use DHL Express.
In my case the delivery was scheduled to be between 13:00 and 17:00, but the parcel (with my passport!) arrived slightly after 19:00.
Also, customer service closes at 17:00, so you cannot get in touch with neither office or courier at all :(
EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! Delayed deliveries despite the promise of fast delivery. the products were delivered up to a week after the promised date! unacceptable. in addition, they take an over-profit for customs clearance.
My shipment was going to arrive today,already with a delay. Even though, they asked me online two days ago if I would like to change the delivery address, and I choose a delivery point in the center of the city, they try to deliver the package at my home (obviously I wasn't there). I call the customer service and they told me today that they will give my number to the person in charge of the delivery and he will contact me. That never happen, now I have to wait till Monday to could contact them again. The package left Spain the 24th of May with the express service (that means I should have received it the 26th or the 29th of April). I have not even received an answer like "sorry, you will have your package as soon as we can". And one more thing, if in the customer service the client choose one language, answer her/him in that language! Is not that complicated :)
Have several bad experiences with DHL. Poor customer service, costly packages that disappear in the loose air without them being able to solve it, delivery at the wrong time, and delivery to people other than myself.
Completely useless. Careless of packages that appear a month later. Asks the recipient for a pro forma invoice for gifts and documents for which the sender is responsible. Totally incompetent and arrogant. Post Nord is a dream compared to the garbage service DHL has.
Terrible system with the drivers who delivers the packages. They always try to call me or message me to ask me when they can come and they commonly sound annoyed. I couldn t be home by the time they could deliver it so I called the customer service and arranged for the package to be picked up by me instead, but the next day I get a message asking me to call the driver to arrange when he can deliver the package to my home. It s quite frustrating, wish they would have a better system

Sent a document via DHL Express Berger to Pakistan Dec 21 16. I am told that everything is OK to send. The package should arrive at the recipient DEC 26 as there is no free day anywhere in the world. Instead, the package came home to me which sent 29 DEC with no message or info on why it has returned. Today 30 DEC I was at DHL berger again and asked for answers as to why this was sent back. I am told that the recipient's address is a "dangerous place" something that DHL is fucking wrong about. Secondly, this consignment should be stopped and sent back then I should have been told but you threw the consignment back at me. According to this log I received from one of their employees, it says that the shipment was already stopped the day it was sent. So December 21st. But why don't I get a message? Third, it is not my first shipment that I ship to Pakistan with DHL. This has gone quite smoothly before. I would never have used you if I had shown you that you are so afraid of sending papers somewhere dangerous that you should check before you receive the papers. But why don't you tell me? Why keep my important papers for over a week?
These papers are three sheets of writing. There is no dangerous goods and neither went to a dangerous place. I will always discourage my colleagues, friends and family from sending anything through DHL at least the documents that should arrive in a timely manner and not home to you again because the recipient lives in a dangerous place. NB! The papers were going to Lahore, Bahria Town. Anyone who knows this area knows if this area is dangerous or not. Thank you. Never again DHL. 0/10
The worst postal service ever. In 10 years not a single delivery without a problem. Delays, missed addresses, wrong parcels, unreliable couriers, etc. Btw, Dhl are doing a rip off on Customs fees by not following regulations. Avoid Dhl as a plague.
threatens to collect after 4 days on an invoice they have sent out because you did not battle online within two days, in a sum they did not notify in any way in advance, understand that customs must be paid and such but very absurd and unkind system .
You in DHL unfortunately have a driver who steals. He who delivered goods to Antra now today Wednesday 13 January at about 15.20 was inside our company car and stole the wallet that was there. He threw it away in the snow afterwards, but the cash was gone. In addition, all cards must be blocked and re-ordered with new card numbers. Can you be familiar with this ?!
Ordered express delivery to the door (Thursday). Guaranteed the day after (Friday). Was called that package would be delivered at 16:00 Ok. got a new call being delivered later at 10pm Ok. At 10:00 pm the caller asks for package is told that we are not on his route, so package is not delivered until Monday. So I think #DHL is the right dairy company ...... so don't order anything more from companies that supply with #DHL
Monday-Friday 10am-6pm only and a courier coming at a random time - not serious for delivery services. They returned my package to the seller after only two unsuccessful delivery attempts. Not sure if I use them ever again in Norway.
This business is doing fraud. They took almost 100% profit for customs clearance and lie about sending original invoice after they even sent it to the wrong address! Husband for people
Everything is fine, but there is no toilet and shower around the clock for the drivers. On weekends, the toilet is completely closed and you can go wherever you want.
The worst delivery service ever. Very disappointed at how my package has been there for more than a week and I didn't receive it, simply because the courier came 90 minutes late and didn't find me home AND yelled at me! Highly recommend Posten instead, way cheaper way more professional.
Home all day waiting for a package, even sitting the last hour by the window with phone in hand waiting for the delivery truck and suddenly recieve the email that i wasn't available at home. Unreliable drivers or completely lying about any delivery guarantee.
Have very poor experience with DHL. In addition to sky-high shipping costs, you risk paying up to 80% of the purchase price in fees and VAT if DHL "outsource" the cost. Not recommended, steer clear!
Just as useless and arrogant in Norway as in Germany. "If you are not home when the driver arrives unannounced, we will give your belongings to an unauthorized neighbor instead if we do not embezzle, throw them away or leave them at the wrong house." - These can actually add a guarantee for the loss of packages into their delivery conditions.
Pure scams, they claimed that the package was delivered while no one came by that day. There was an unknown name for the person who received the package. The driver is lying, the customer center is lying, the managers are too. Avoid at any cost
