Went there today to send an international courier. Got it done is 15 min. Very polite person at the counter.

If the package is stopped for routine inspection, it will not come with the car. If it happens on a Friday, you have to wait for tea over the weekend. No possibility to get the package out before. Replace everyone with robots so work on the weekends and, so we do not have to wait for no good reason.

If you are going to get something delivered, make sure not to be more than 1 minute away from the apartment for 9 hours. If a man is right down the road and says you are there in 5 minutes, they drive away from you and you do not get the package until the next day. If you call them and ask to be notified before the car arrives, you will be called when it is outside. Poor service by the person who drove the car. The people we spoke to when we called in were nice

DHL works great for shipping stuff across the world. But this DHL branch is not great as a sending point for the customers. The area assigned to visiting customers is tiny and there is hardly room for more than 2-3 people. There are no chairs for waiting and you might have to end up typing in all the information on the PC that is available there while the DHL staff runs around.

One star review for the DHL Stavanger is way too much. They have an extremely poor service and extremely expensive. The personnel is irresponsible and unprofessional. I have paid a lot for express delivery, it's been 10 days and my product has not been reached the destination. The personnel made mistakes when registering my package and I am now wasting a lot of time and efforts calling them and writing tens of emails. It is extremely frustrating. There is no one person to hold responsible there. If I only knew, it would have been cheaper and way much faster to buy a plane ticket myself and deliver the goods. It's a totally crappy service. Do yourselves a service, never use DHL.

Easy accessibility, English speaking. Very simple process and no wait times to get my package.

Stavnger norway dlh services is too much slow i sent a post from itlay it is just watting about 4days at stavanger because they dont have car to delivery and they respons one time not more i am watting for delivery hope it done it today

Here there was no help getting, slipped with the computer system, giving up, getting help on the mail, not going to use dhl Stavanger again

Always get the package delivered on time and the customer service is amazing!

It's so bad, not sent by DHL. My friend sends a gift but they want me to send a receipt to them for customs clearance. How can I send a receipt now I do not have it? People never sent by DHL.

Sending many packages abroad, we used Bring before and it was simply a disaster. Today sends many packages every week, Fantastic service and company.
