My shipment was going to arrive today,already with a delay. Even though, they asked me online two days ago if I would like to change the delivery address, and I choose a delivery point in the center of the city, they try to deliver the package at my home (obviously I wasn't there). I call the customer service and they told me today that they will give my number to the person in charge of the delivery and he will contact me. That never happen, now I have to wait till Monday to could contact them again. The package left Spain the 24th of May with the express service (that means I should have received it the 26th or the 29th of April).
I have not even received an answer like "sorry, you will have your package as soon as we can". And one more thing, if in the customer service the client choose one language, answer her/him in that language! Is not that complicated :)
