It has a wonderful cafe adjoining in the building nearby which has amazing food choices and a buffet lunch for 120 MVR. I did not go to the head office for any other reason except free Wi-Fi which I got the day I entered the cafe.

everything here is good but the speed of the service can be very very slow.

Low service! Terrible speed! Useless customer service

I like the customer service area. Most off the staff are friendly, specially the staff at Elite Lounge.

If you have an Elite Card, go straight to the Elite Lounge at the first floor.

Service is too slow. Average queue waiting is 20 to 30 Minutes. Serving only by 4 counters out of 8.

It's social media only data and stream data packages are a scam. If you subscribe to one they will tell you that you would need a normal internet package with the social media package for it to work. For Ooredoo if you buy a package for YouTube you can watch YouTube. Don't need other packages for it to work. I bought a stream 10gb package for 250. Had to buy another normal internet package for it to work according to them. Sad part is when I try to watch a YouTube video it actually doesn't use stream package data. It uses normal package data. So all the money went down the drain.

Services are very slow. We filled out a form to upgrade from adsl to fibre and its been 5 months not kidding!. Also the wifi connections are also very slow if its a rainy day you can forget abt the wifi inwish i could have rated 0 stars

This is one of the telecommunications company in maldives. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance. Canteen also available which is very clean and with delicious foods. You can buy mobile phones with data plans for monthly rentals. In ground floor they sells their products and in up stairs they run their operations. Their products are devices selling, voice and data plans and pay TV.

Easy one stop for bill payments and other phone related queries.

Dhiraagu is Maldives no 1 mobile network provider. Their Internet service is incredibly fast and customer care is the best in the country. They have a wide range of data packages and postpaid packages for its customers. Their customer service centres are designed to give its customers easy service and splendid experience. Very big building and close to tsunami monument in Male. You will be having a lot of choices available to select among their wide range of products. Some products are only available here. The customer service system is very efficient as they use token system and a great support from a dozen of service executives

Said to be the best but Internet connection keeps on dropping

This details are fake Sunday to Thursday also they are open on 9am in the morning. I wasted my time by following this details. :-/ :-/
