I've bought two cars... one new, one used, here. Each time I have been extremely satisfied with the service and manner to which I was treated. More importantly, the Service Department is the best I've ever encountered at any dealership. They treat me with respect and my vehicles with the utmost care. I feel they are sincere about my customer satisfaction and sensitive to my budget, as well.

The service department was friendly and quick with changing my oil along with rotating my tires.

Ryan and Terrance were terrific. They were very mindful of my situation, they were patient, and did not rush me or leave me to feel uncomfortable with any decisions, and walked me through the entire process with the utmost level of professionalism. Not much more to say then wonderful. Devon Nissan truly epitomizes the experience a buyer should have when looking to purchase a vehicle. When we contacted the dealership, the individual we initially spoke with (TJ) was kind, patient, and answered all of our questions. When we arrived he had the car waiting that we came to see and allowed us to drive it, look it over thoroughly, and discuss pricing. In the end when we purchased the vehicle a day later, we were in and out of the dealership in under 2 hours (end to end). 2 hours to buy a car is usually many more in our experience... So we were very happy, I will recommend a thousand times this gentleman (TJ), he will definitely make your experience worthy all.

I was interested in a vehicle, I came with my family to find out what the offer was. We met the three B's, Jose now assisted in the purchase process. We explained everything very clearly about what the vehicle had for the safety of me and my family in Spanish. When we decided that we wanted to take the Altima. The paperworker was soon. Beware of Service Repairs here. Received over a $1,100 repair bill on a 2008 Nissan Sentra. The car was problem free since day one. It took the service department over 3 hours to diagnose the problem and you are billed for that time. Car would not start due to a key that was not able to unlock the steering column or start the ignition. Was originally told that the key chip had to be reprogrammed and a new key cut. When this did not work they had to run the 3 hours of diagnostic time and said it was the Body Control Module (BCM) was shorted and needed replacement. Contacted Nissan North America Customer Service and they said it was an unusual part that needed replacement. Even though other items controlled by the BCM were working this was the only fix. While the staff was friendly it still did not take away the Ouch! from the cost.

Service was Great and fast. Dan was my point of contact , he welcomed me with great customer service. The experience exceeded my expectations and my concerns were resolved. A great experience.

My car mysteriously shut off while driving down the highway and I had to get it towed to Devon Nissan. Their service center gladly took my car in despite not having an appointment and they kept the car for a few days to make sure they checked every possible thing that could've caused the problem. Charles Kerns and his team were thorough and patient with my car and even gave it a deep clean inside and out before they returned it to me. Can't thank you guys enough for your time and work and will definitely be using Devon Nissan for future service needs!

Drove from Philadelphia to see about a car I saw on line, they didn't have the car. TOLD Me They Would GET ONE IN FOR me, I AM Still Waiting.

Waited an hour for my vehicle for an oil change and tire rotation, went up to check on it and my paper work was just sitting on the desk.

Was told be done shortly finishing it up. Then waited for another hour.

Will not be servicing here again.

Dealership makes you feel like you are part of the family!

Nothing, but a waste of time. I dropped my car off the night before. I had a 7:30 a.m. appointment. My vehicle sat there 8 hours. They didn't bother to call me. I called (@ 12:30 p.m.) them only to get the run around. I showed up at around 3:30 p.m. to ask about the status of my vehicle. "Oh... yeah, our technician is just about to finish up." I got the biggest pile of b.s. after I said my vehicle had been there all day. Only for an oil change and inspection. The lack of professionalism at that dealership is terrible. It has gone downhill since a change in ownership. I'll never purchase anything from them again.

OMG, this has been a crazy week, some hit my car and it got totaled out. I came out to the Devon Nissan Dealership on Lancaster Avenue and I couldn t be more happier that I did. I have a knack for knowing the type person someone is within seconds of meeting them, I knew my salesman could be trusted. Mamexaali, went above and beyond to ensure he meet the standards I was looking for in the car buying process! Their whole team was amazing, while Mamexaali was bring my car to the front, his coworker Pedro kept me company with great conversation. EXCELLENT customer service! The process was fast and efficient and they were very accommodating. Would I recommend someone to come to this Nissan dealership....ABSOLUTELY!!!! Don t think I will go anywhere else. I use to work for Steve at Chevy on the Blvd in Philadelphia. I got fired Because I was not good at lying to people and did not think I had to be a con artist to make money selling. He will use mail-in telling people that they won prizes and when they go to the dealership it is all a lie, "read the fine print".
I would just go to carvana.com to buy a car and drop dealing with con artist like Steve. Every dealership Steve has been part of has had problems with lying to customers.

Almost decade long customer of the former All Star Nissan at this location, have leased three fully loaded Frontiers from them consecutively. Came in to talk about possibly leasing TWO new fully loaded vehicles and was presented with payments more than $100 higher than I paid for the same price vehicles previously; and they couldn't get me out of the showroom fast enough once I said how insulting and laughable they are now. Does the name Carfagno ring a bell? It should - steer well clear of the new ownership/management. Worst experience I've ever had.

TJ M. made our leading a new car a breeze! We had our trade considered, a test drive and deal done in just over two hours... that never happens! TJ was friendly and great to work with. He listened to us and keep the process rocking. I would highly recommended stopping down to Devon Nissan and ask for TJ!

Devon Nissan is hands down has the best service department in the Area, hard to say this about a lot of dealers but not this one I have gone through several owners and a lot of headaches and broken promises especially from the lasr 2 owners but not now , Ed Moffett the service manager is hands on, making sure people are being taken care of and his team is on point I walked in with no appointment and they didn t care they were honest and up front and told me they could not look at right away but got me and got me fixed up and on my way with my family on vacation , I have not used the new sales team but if anything like service they are in great shape again thank you Ed Moffett and Charles again , it looks like Devon finally has a great Nissan dealer again !!! 2015 Altima owner ....

I came here to the Nissan dealership to see if I was able to trade in a car that I knew I was paying too much for. The pay off was 4900.00 on a 2002 Mercury Sable. Im sure many of you received their terribly misleading ad in the mail claiming to say you won $5,000. They re using this sleezy tactic to try to make you come out of your way to drive to the dealership to collect your check only to find out you didn t win anything. I ll never do business with a dealership that uses these immoral sales tactics and I ll be sure my surrounding peers do the same.

I came in with my wife to purchase a new vehicle. I was waiting for no more than 5 minutes before being approached by Mr. Furlow King. He got me in his office, sat me down, lightened my tension and got right to business. One thing that i appreciate about Mr. King s way of conducting business was his honesty and transparency. Typically, walking into any dealership, i d have my guard up but dealing with Mr. King has given me a slightly better outlook on car salesmen. If you re looking for someone that s not going to look at you as commission, id go his route. I just appreciate honesty and i thank anyone who provides me with that, including Mr. King.

Their third party sales team tricks paying customers into coming into the showroom.

I was there two months ago and the deal could not work. I understood. Payment was too high on a lease.

On 8/6, I drop off for the day while my car is getting routine maintenance. Same day I get a call from Earnest from their BPP or whatever department stating he s seen my vehicle and they have it noted I came in two months ago but the payment was too high. States to come in again as the numbers have changed and payment lowered and to speak to Alex. States that everything is set at 5:00 pm

I pick up my vehicle and go to the showroom. I find out that Earnest this from this department is not a employee of the dealership, never seen my car, and lied about what he said. The finance individual had no idea I was coming, basically when he saw me knew it wouldn t work again. The payment option was worse then last time.

This person works for their third party gimmicks paying customers into coming in. Nothing changed about the my lease options and they only got worse. That s third party does not have my info and blatantly lied over the phone to get me to come in disrupting me on at work call thinking it was something to do with my vehicle being serviced.. I was already there to pick up my vehicle but I don t appreciate being lied too.

The sales team just knocks it off as these people do not work here and not to worry about it.

I have spent a great deal of money on service and based this humiliating experience by this party that Devon Nissan hires, I will not be back for service or any future sales. It s shame when this is the most convenient location.

I dropped my brand new car off on Friday 1/4 for a sensor issue related to the automatic braking system (seems like a safety issue, no?). I was promised the car by 1pm, it took several hours longer, they didn t have a shuttle to pick me up. When I received my car, it was filthy. I was told it was a permanent fix. Imagine my surprise when the sensor popped on Wednesday. I dropped the car off this morning and was told the sensors were just cleaned, not replaced. When I questioned what I was told on Friday that it was replaced. They quickly said oh no it was replaced! They also promised me a rental car...and here I am sitting at enterprise. BUYERS BEWARE!!!
