What a great experience at Devon Nissan and Mike Nohl my sales rep did an amazing job getting me the car I ve wanted. He was courteous and professional and took care of my every need I also took my mother and we both got new cars thanks to Mike and Steve at Devon Nissan for Do the deal They truly lived up to getting the deal done

We just leased a new Altima and traded in my other car. This was such a great buying experience even with the Covid stuff. Pleasure to work with you. We appreciate all of your help. Maria, Matt and Chris were all great to work with. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy/lease a new or used Nissan. Great place! I love the new Altima!

The salesperson was really nice in explaining the features and he helped us to know about the car(Nissan Rogue) in detail.

The two stars are given for the store manager for his rude behavior . Luckily i didn't take the car from Devon Nissan , i got almost 4k less from Conicelli Nissan on the same model. I wouldn't recommend this place at all and would refer my friends to go to Conicelli Nissan instead.

Watch out, tried to charge me $600 for work that wasn't needed, when questioned they said they forgot to delete the work needed from my paperwork before I left, that it wasn't actually needed? Can we say fraud? Damaged my car with the work they did do and reused parts they shouldn't, Nissan of America was so astounded by this they offered a refund because it was unacceptable. As for the dealer ED the parts guy couldn't write an email that made sense, called me a liar, stole money from my credit card account and pretend like sending someone else a check for my refund made sense. Never did send me a check, had to contact the fraud department of my credit card. As for Steve the owner never returned my calls, only deal he wants is the one his pockets get fat from. This whole place is a scam I feel bad for the people who don't realize that they are being taken advantage of.

Terrible drove 5.5 hours to see a Audi A6 bad brakes and rotors and they charge 900 dollars for a FULL SERVICE for used cars before sold. I'm not going to call names but if you're buying used be aware and DON'T FILL OUT A CREDIT APPLICATION if you already have a approval from your bank and your happy with your bank.

I definitely had a great experience shopping for my new car here. My sales person Marquese Parrish was great. He wasn t pushy, he was very polite and was able to give me all the information I needed to make my car buying experience enjoyable. I ll definitely be recommending everyone I know to go to him if they need a vehicle.

This is the place to get your car. Everyone there is so nice. They go above and beyond for you . They are honest with you. They do not try to rip you off in anyway. They are straight forward with you . I would strongly recommend them to anyone. My little bro coming to get his next car from them. They have lifetime oil change and inspection . Everything was good. One of the best experience I had buying a car

Absolutely appalling service. I have now taken my Nissan Pathfinder there 3 different times for service, each time reminding them that I purchased a VSC (vehicle service contract) with Nissan, which costs around $2000, and each time they say 1. They don't have the VSC on file and I have to re-email it and then 2. That the service isn't covered, at which time I provide them with a list of what is covered under the VSC. So I have to argue with them each time to even have anything covered. Nissan is happy to sell you a VSC plan, but dealers aren't happy to service under the plan. Avoid at all costs!

Great overall experience! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They worked with us to get exactly what we were looking and more. Big shout out to Furlow King who took us in and guided us through the process. His calm, genuine demeanor was welcoming and very helpful. Seek him out when coming into Devon Nissan. If you want your car to be more broken, take your car here. I took my new car there for fix. Instead of fixing they broke it so they can make more money out of me. Plus the whole staff were so rude they doesn't even want to help! Especially the guy in the office with the white shirt who sits right opposite side of the customer service! I highly recommend not to go here. They charge the fortune and say more things are broken when nothing is wrong in the car and try to take each and every penny from your wallet! They broke things in the car even those things were okay before going there so they can make money out of you! Going here on your own risk!! If you love your car don't go here!

Let's be honest about costs. Let's know how to fix your own brand of cars.
Took the car in for electrical problems. After a day they determined it was a starter problem. Order new starter. Realize they were wrong, it was an electrical problem. End result, spend more money ($1300) to look into it more, or just buy a new car. THIS is not the problem, sure this wasn't great. But the entire time we left the car at Nissan, we were told that Nissan had a deal with Enterprise for a discount. Enterprise tells me that $35 a day is cover by Nissan and that we only pay Enterprise the difference. Every day I asked Nissan what the total cost we would need to pay. Just for Diagnostics. For Starter and labor. Each time I asked, the answer was $205 plus tax. No mention of additional rental feed. Did I ask once, twice, three times. Nearly every day from Thursday when we dropped off to the following Thursday at pickup. My mother went to pick up (after hours) and the receptionist tells her she owes near $600 dollar. And the receptionist couldn't breakout what the cost was. So we waited till Friday. I called again, and now they tell me the price is $205 plus tax plus rental.
At the end of the day we paid. Sure Nissan took their time, they get paid $35 a day for the rental. Why rush it, esp if I don't know about the $35 a day. Ignoring the fact that I said it was an electrical problem, what do I know, spend the week waiting for a part you don't need, spend a couple more day figuring out that there really is nothing worth doing. Had they told us about the additional rental fee we would have rented from the budget for much less. And had they told us about the additional rental fee we would have abandoned the idea of them figuring out clearly what they didn't know how to fix.
We asked about trade-in value of the car, but there is no way we're working with Devon for our next car, let alone getting another Nissan as corporate says there is nothing they can do. In total, we own three Nissans in our family, though this is a much closer service center we'll make the drive elsewhere.

Guess who had the BEST car buying experience a couple of weeks ago. You guessed it! I will stop in to say hello when I am in one day. I never saw your commercial or infomercial, but your staff said I did a good job exclaiming, "Just do the deal!"

Ryan, Sal, Chris, Terrance, service dept, even other salespeople made me feel like part of the Devon Nissan family. Either people really love working there or they deserve Academy Awards for their acting.

I have already recommended your dealership to anyone who would listen to my car buying story.

Lies, Lies and more lies. They try to sell you on a payment but beware when you get your contract and make sure you read it. They add all kinds of things that add up to thousands that you never ask for. I left and did not buy. Make sure you read all of your paperwork and are getting things you asked for and nothing more. Or better than that just Do Not Buy from Devon Nissan. Go anywhere but there.

I had great service at Nissan of Devon. They were able to diagnose and fix -- within a day -- a fuel pump issue I was having with my Versa (only 3 years old) that Conicelli Nissan could not. Conicelli told me I flooded the engine and made no attempt to figure out why the car did not start. Nissan of Devon figured out the problem (defective fuel pump) fixed it under warranty and did not charge labor. They provided shuttle service to and from my work. While I am overall displeased with the quality of Nissan cars on a corporate level, Nissan of Devon has honest, knowledgeable mechanics and I will not take my car anywhere else but to them.
