I came in to ask questions because I am looking to purchase a vehicle so for me and my nephew. Keith listened to the features I would like to have in my car and gave me the perfect selection to choose from.

TJ was one of the easiest, nicest sales reps to work with hands down. Just when I was ready to leave since I was unsure of the change and the payments weren t right ...he came through and made it all work for me making me feel comfortable. It was the most stress free seamless process and I can t thank TJ and Devon Nissan enough. I love my new Altima!

I stepped into Devon Nissan today without knowing a thing about cars. I m thinking To myself I hope someone in here is pretty knowledgeable on these vehicles and could possibly steer me in the right direction to deciding my first car. I was approached by Keith Hunter and when I tell you the Coustomer service was phenomenal... IT WAS PHENOMENAL. I could tell he loved the fact it would be my first car so speaking with him has me even more stoked. I ll be back to get my dream car sooner than later. Thanks for everything.

EDIT: Not even a year into having the car the tran...

EDIT: Not even a year into having the car the transmission went. Expected to get a call back and I'm still waiting. They washed their hands, the car was scrapped and I will not return.

I had a very good experience working with Devon Nissan. I am very happy with my decision and look forward to continuing my business with them in the future.

Devon Nissan is the absolute only place you should go to get a new or used Nissan. I just got a 2017 Nissan Maxima platinum with low mileage for a great price. Chris and TJ really made the whole process seamless from start to finish. In and out in minutes instead of hours lol. Thanks a lot everyone over at Devon Nissan. I love my new car!

About a week ago my husband and I purchased a 2020 Nissan Rogue from this dealership, from the time we walked in the door you could feel the warm welcome. Our sale person Til was wonderful she took the time to explain everything we need to know about the vehicle before the purchase. Til was very knowledgeable about how everything works in this vehicle. To make things even greater was the interaction we had with the owner Steve it was like we knew him for years so if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle I suggest you go to Devon Nissan so he can do the deal.

This is my second time with Devon Nissan. I was in a car accident where my Sentra was totaled out. I went back to Devon and they worked with me and my budget and price range. With that being said, I was able to walk out with a 2019 Nissan Rogue with all the safety features I needed to make sure that my kids and I are safe while driving. Just wanted to speak on my experience with Furlow King. My girlfriend & I went to Devon Nissan after checking out thier inventory online. Furlow assisted with picking out a selection of cars that suited our budget and taste we had in mind. Though we did not purchase a vehicle that day. I would certainly recommend Furlow for his professionalism and service to assist us in our search.

Boyfriend had an appointment for a car at 9am. Another group had an appointment at 1pm but because of snow they got scared and came in early. So the dealer ship took them and they ended up buying the car we wanted. We walked out with nothing and the dealer ship just kept saying it's not there fault. Highly disappointed and will never go back or recommend to anyone.

First I d like to compliment Devon Nissan on their great selection. They had exactly the options I was looking for that weren t available at other Nissan dealerships. I worked with Keith Hunter who seemed to be an expert in personal transportation. He provided me with detailed information in regards to the history of the vehicle I was interested in, the improvements that were made by Nissan over the years to that specific model and all the features and benefits that were currently being offered in the newest model. Keith proceeded to inform me about different warranty options to secure the fact that I would be well take care of for years to come. I worked with him over the course of two weeks until I was ready to make the purchase. I m not sure if I was more impressed with the dealership itself or the exceptional service Keith provided. I ve purchased vehicles before and dealt with car salesmen who attempt to acquiesce a purchase expeditiously. Keith was the complete opposite, even recommending that I give the decision some thought so I m comfortable with whatever I decide. I appreciate his dedication and willingness to assist. I give my highest recommendation to this dealership and my personal salesman.

After reading my review, the service shuttle was instructed not to pick me up at the train station as promised. A Lyft ride later, I got to the dealer, was confronted by Moffet, got my car an left.

C. Smith, thank you for your response. Unfortunately you were not on the phone with me to validate any of my statements, nor were you there to hear the service techs responses to me. So even though, everything in my review is factual - I don't need you to believe me.

You are correct, you are not responsible for the sins of the previous owners, and you have no way to validate the comments and/or behaviors the previous ownership.

Since all the customers in your waiting area heard this as a fact, I'll put it here as well, E. Moffett (Service & Parts Manager) didn't like my review either and told me "How about you don't come here anymore?".

Agreed. I won't be returning.

I'm done with this place - always disappointed - always a let down. The car is great - but the dealership, service and staff are low 1-Star at best. Avoid this place if you have an electric or are interested in an electric, . I can't speak to their gas-car abilities and knowledge - but I'm disgusted and fed up.

I own a Leaf, 100% Electric car from Nissan. Nissan is selling these because the cars are really fantastic. Besides from the obvious benefits of electric cars, the car is well built, decent room, and is set at a fair price. Nissan corporate - they know what they are doing. This is, in fact, my 2nd Leaf. I leased a 2013 and now have a 2016. The cars are top notch.

Anyway, now on to the dealer. Since I leased my first car in 2013 from them they have changed owners 4 times. FOUR!!! What does that tell you? With the exception of one sales person (Fee S.) in 2013 that actually knew about the Leaf, not a single person knows anything about electrics or the cars they had on their lot. I sort of understand, I'm an early adopter in 2013. But their service department had zero clue. I was offered 2 years of free oil changes buy the Service Manager in 2013. Electric cars don't have engine oil that needs to be changed. I was offered yearly "Tune-ups"... electric cars don't get Tune-Ups, nor do they need their "fluids topped off" either. Their service team has no clue on how to service an electric.

Over the years, I've had to talk to various Service staff and convince them that my catalytic converter didn't need service (there isn't one), that it wasn't time to tighten belts and change plugs (there aren't any). They are just reading the milage and reciting what they are supposed to FOR A GAS CAR!!!

The final straw was today when I dropped my car off for service to fix 2 Nissan Recalls. (This is now a different owner from when I purchased the car in 2016, by the way) Both of these are software updates. When I asked about the timing of these services, all I go back was - "can't be sure, we plug it in to the computer, it does its thing, and tells us when it is done." Gee, thanks. Way to know what your service team does. With skills like that in your service department, I can't imagine why I couldn't do this myself. Plug in and sit.

Anyway, this dealership does not care about their Electric Car line at all, their sales people are not trained, their service staff muddle through.

Find another dealer that actually intends to learn about the products they sell.

Real skuzzy dealership. Haven t even bought from them. But my friend just bought from them. First, they renege on the warranty of the car. So then they offer to give a free inspection. Wow! A free inspection! Like no other mechanic shop does a free inspection. That s pennies. And no duh it came back clean. You wouldn t bring back a product your trying to sell someone and be like, yo this car is bad. And now, she s just had to replace her wheel bearings. What the heck!? Do not deal with this highway robbery place. Avoid.

tldr: took away warranty for a broken car they said was all clear

Pleasant experience. My salesman was TJ , and he was absolutely amazing! My credit isn t good, so he worked with me to find the best car for me and helped get financing. He was very nice and patient not like your normal pushy car salesman. I will definitely be returning there to purchase another car for my son in the near future!

Speaking from the heart guys...
Honestly thought I got a nice truck. And got a good deal for it. 3 days later after the "sales glow" disappeared I saw a deep scratch on the fender and I KNOW it didn't happen on my end! Turned out it was there from the beginning. Honestly didn't expect them to do anything about it... (or care for that matter)... like their slogan says- "Just Do the Deal!". The deal was done... so anything after that is on me.

Called Maria (gorgeous sales girl btw) and they actually said to bring it in and they'll fix it at their cost!... saved me almost $250... I'm floored!! The fact they offered to do anything at all really speaks a lot. This place was
cool from the moment I walked in. I felt like I got exactly what I wanted, and after seeing their true colors will definitely do business with them in the future.
Devon Nissan really stepped up man. This is a great place. I'm impressed.

Came in with a possible horrible problem with my Xterra to have them tell me it was not so bad. The mechanics and staff where wonderful. Big thank you to Mike for showing me new things about my truck. Thank you to you all for understanding how much she means to me and my business and how keeping her on the road means the World. Took My son up to Devon Nissan to look for a used car for him to take back to Tennessee this fall. They had one we were interested in. Talk about a first class dealership! We worked with Maria Hernandez and her manager Chris, and they were nothing short of amazing! Great customer service and attention to detail. They had the car ready, answered all of our many questions, and the whole time there was never any pressure , which you almost expect when going to a car dealer.

In fact the entire staff (from the guys taking care of the cars to the cashier at the very end) was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.

Maria and Chris made it worth the trip from DE to get his first real car!

I recently purchased a pre-owned car for my family from Devon Nissan and the entire process was really a wonderful experience. My sales associate was Jakeya Pearce and she was absolutely amazing! She was eager to help and explained the approval process without the sales jargon. She promised to help me get into a car that would fit our growing family and she did! We LOVE our Pathfinder. Ms. Pearce stuck within the budget I requested and was very accommodating. She provided snacks for the kids and kept checking to make sure I was okay. I really appreciate the support from Ms. Jakeya Pearce and highly recommend her when buying your next car, thank you.

Im not even in the market for one but his unbelievable enthusiasm to help me get off the train and in a car got me thinking. Im goung there in 2 weeks!!!. I m giving 1 star when I feel they don t even dese...

I m giving 1 star when I feel they don t even deserve that!!!! I went in November to the dealership with my aunt to possibly help her get in a new car and get out of her old one. Meanwhile they weren t able to help. Last week I receive a call that they are under new management and want to try again. I thought okay and specifically asked them if they run credit again. My salesperson Kamille said no it is good for 90 days. What did they do? Ran my credit so I called and complained and got it reversed so what they say. I then received a call from the manager Austin or whatever his name may be saying that if he could guarantee getting her in a car he would give a tank of gas for time and effort. I said no we are not interested but thanks. Also texted that to the salesperson! He called my aunt back right after I hung up asking about what I make when I already specifically told him no. They ran my credit or I should say was pulled by 6 other banks without my permission! I called as soon as I was notified by my app and requested to speak to the GM. I was told I would receive a call first thing in the morning of the 11th when I called the 10th. Okay I called and texted the sales person about 2pm asking why I haven t received a call. She says they are slammed. It is now 8pm at night and still nothing. So I called and left a vm and texted the sales person saying if I don t get a call back because you guys ran my credit without authorization which is illegal I will be getting a lawyer. Did I ever receive a call? No and the salesperson said she will let the gm know first thing in the am of the 12th which is today. It is now 8pm on the 12th and I have not received a call or anything so now I will have to move forward with legal action if they don t contact me in a reasonable amount of time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! They are being ran by a non trustworthy management and don t care about their customers! Go to any other Nissan dealer! Not them! And I will be sure to tell everyone I know

Overall it was ok, I have to cons
1) I was told I need back shocks and that it was under warranty needed to be ordered and someone from parts would contact me when thy came in. I was expecting to see this on my invoice under comments.
2) Nissan has a recall for hood latch that to should have been on my invoice under comments.

My past experience with other dealers normally they give you a sheet of things that need to be look into for future service.

I purchased a vehicle on 12/11/2019 the customer was great at the time so I guess one would ask why I gave them one star my vehicle was totaled on 04/06/2020 and as of today 10/08/2020 Devon Nissan has yet to refund my extended warranty to my lender I have called , I have emailed Terry Hill several times , I have sent my GAP insurance I was getting extremely frustrated but then I had the pleasure of working with Terrance Thomas this man is god sent he values customer service he has gone beyond and above to make sure my situation was resolved he not only resolved my issue but he pointed out an error my insurance company made and he took matter into his own hands he contacted my insurance and The Gap insurance company and payment is being issued Thank you Terrance you have been great truly

Fantastic experience

I'd been to several dealerships and done my online research before I went to Nissan of Devon. The entire experience was great from beginning to end. Wayne explained everything in detail, took me on a good length test drive, presented all of the financial options for the vehicle and worked with me to get it all together. Alex checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly. I'd gladly buy another vehicle from these folks with a moment's hesitation.

They did a poor job at advertising a car I was looking at and didn't provide clear enough pictures to show the damage the car had. There were scratches, dents, and unconnected pieces all over. The parking lot is too small to park anywhere to even look at a vehicle, so we parked in a service spot and got blocked in by a vehicle they were working on. When we asked someone to move it, it seemed like it was the most difficult task in the world not to mention there was a disgusting plate of chicken wings next to her at the counter. I Will never come back here again.

Took my car in because I had a leak inside the car. Until all was said and done it cost us 1200.00 for everything they said needed fixed and they said they fixed the leak for free. This was back in April, about a week after they fixed it, my front end started making a noise and then the whole front end started shaking. Took it to another mechanic and they had to but a bolt on my front wheel because they never tightened it and my wheel just about fell off. I noticed today that my moon roof is leaking again. Also they inspected my car and my inspection sticker and emission sticker have 2 different dates on and 2 different Vin numbers on. They were very nice people but I'll never go back there again.

Great experience so far. I am buying a used car from them and Frank (one of the managers) was able to overcome my bad credit and get the deal done. Kia is taking care of the deliver and is very helpful and knowledgeable in the industry. Lastly, Alex is making sure everything has been properly checked out on the car before delivery. The car feels new even though it is 5 years old. Great team.

We went there because they send a ticket with prize with clear shows she won the 55" tv. However after we get they go to this board to see if the numbers match. She was told she didn't win and was offered a cheap smart watch. I told the women that it wasn't what her ticket was saying. They expect for you to be able to read this little print. Then this lady came took the board down and into her office. They needs to be sue for false advertising . They shouldn't be able to send out things saying you won this but you really won the less of it..
