I am so pleased with the recent changes in the service department!

My experiences, over the course of the past two years, were very disappointing. There was an utter lack of friendliness and clear communication. I truly felt as though I was the enemy, when I called or approached the service desk.

I am thrilled with the service I have had with the dealership this past month. I have been made to feel as though I am a valued customer. I have been treated with respect, thoughtfulness, and friendliness.
I was a hairs breadth away from leaving this dealership, but with the changes that have been made, I will happily continue to patronize Devon Nissan!

Had a great experience at Devon Nissan the other night. I was previously dealing with a different Nissan dealer who was unable to help me find the car I was hoping for. I just happen to look up other dealers in the area, found Devon, called & spoke to Chris and it was seamless from that point on. I went in that evening and they already had the car ready for a test drive and all the numbers worked out since we spoke numbers on the call. Everyone there was really nice and funny, which put me at ease right off the bat.
Ryan Comber was my salesman and he was so easy to work with and had answers to all my questions. Absolutely loved the experience and am really thankful that my previous dealer couldn t pull through. I now have a new dealer that I ll stick with moving forward! Thanks guys!! GONG!

I called Devon Nissan service department to schedule a appointment for my car and the person I spoke to was beyond rude, so at this point I have decided to take my business somewhere else.

Kia and Alex provided AWESOME service in the purchase of our new Rogue! They clearly explained the pros and cons of leasing vs. buying. They found a model that had all the safety features, nav system, creature comforts, and finance options that we wanted. We also purchased the 5 year extended warranty. We can't wait to start enjoying our very first SUV.

Sal was a great salesman he was friendly, knowledgeable and made us feel like we knew each other for years. We had a great experience! Everyone is the dealer was friendly and worked as a team not like in most dealers where everyone is for themself and making a commission. I have never been to a dealer where the owner himself actually interacts with there customers sales which is what we saw today! That was awesome and impressive and is a great way to show the customers that they are important! I would recommend this dealer to anyone.

Came in to Devon Nissan to inquire about a Rogue and Ronny greeted us in the lot full of energy. Idk how, but in no time, we came to terms that we were really pleased with and now we are driving home in 2 cars. My wife loves her new car and I will 100% be coming back to this dealership. The whole staff was amazing.

Number on it was a waste of time running back and forth and it was quite of experience getting no ware they instead of Devon they should be called Carfagno Nissan.

Devon Nissan was recommended to me by my manager and I m glad I came. I m a mother of two and I don t have the best credit but Kamille gave me some options and we found the car that was right for me. The finance dept worked hard to find best the payment option for me. I m really happy with the hospitality and I love the culture here. Everyone s nice and there s no hidden agendas. Kamille made sure I understood everything that was going on so I never felt out of the loop, there s no pressure to buy it just feels natural. Ps.... I love my car!

Going in to the dealership I wasn't sure what to expect. Truck, car, SUV, speed or luxury. So many options, luckily I was approached by Mr. Nohl. Mike's warming welcome and his larger then life personality made my day. Vehicle searching is always stressful but Mike made it enjoyable. Glad to know that there are still genuine guys out there looking to help make big decisions without taking advantage. Would recommend Mr. Nohl to anyone with inquiries.

Quite unprofessional. Rude salesperson, felt as though I was interrupting their lunch and wasting their time.

I popped in to this salesroom during my luncheon hour last week to see if I could receive a brochure on the Altima. After strolling around the sales floor, I took the attention of the staff. He grunted at me with sandwich in one hand and handed me the brochure with the other.

It was one of the best car buying experiences I have had. No pressure, helpful, my sales person Ryan Comber was great. Informative, calm, no pressure, listened to what I was looking to do and got me into a nice car, and a good deal. Steve the owner spoke with me several times, made me feel welcome, treated like he know me for years, that was very impressive.

I have questions and concerns after my purchase and no one gets back to me.. I was never given a gift card for completing a survey. I am very unhappy with the follow up and overall customer service of this dealership.

Wow, what an absolutely terrible experience. Do not work with Til Madrigale or Tim DeJesus, unless you want to endure sales games and tricks. This place employs liars and cheats who will stop at nothing to steal money from you. Discussed our budget limit of $24,500 total for a 2016 Rogue with family package over the phone several days ago. They called me back a day later to say they could get the deal done within our budget. One day later, while about to head over to the dealership, I call to confirm and they back out, claiming tax and title weren't included in the verbal offer. When deal falls apart they immediately call me back and re-agree to the original terms. $24,500 all in, they even emailed me a contract with it in writing. We drive 30 minutes to the dealership and, after an hour of waiting for financing and a (low-ball) trade-in offer, they then try to cheat us out of an extra $400+ by claiming they calculated the wrong sales tax in their offer and that the real price is now $24,900. They were clearly hoping we'd be frustrated enough to just accept at this point, rather than simply being honest from the start, and couldn't care less about our wasted time. These are their sales tactics. Don't trust anything they say or even put into writing.

Oh, and BTW, they didn't even have the car in stock at the time, despite telling me otherwise several days prior. Lies, lies, and more lies.

Nancy in the service department is very helpful. After getting two new tires one of my tires started leaking. Tire sensor went bad. Nancy got me right back in service and didnt charge me for my repair because she said its covered under warranty. Thanks Nancy!

Mr. Matt Brown is a very outstanding saleperson at Devon Nissan dealership. His services are very superb and he tries to offer you the best deals as possible when it comes to selling a vehicle. When I had went to purchase my vehicle from the Devon Nissan dealership, the price that I was looking for it was lower than I had expected. Mr. Brown had worked out a deal and a vehicle better than I had expected. Mr. Brown was not out only for my money and trying to make a quick sell. Mr. Brown was making sure that he had met my expectations and the great and enthralling expertise that he have on vehicles. Mr. Brown is the best vehicle salesperson that I had ever encountered. There are only five stars that I can give Mr. Brown, those are not even enough stars to me to grant Mr. Brown. In my opinion, Mr. Brown need indefinite amount of stars and he also needs a raise as well as recognition for his superior services. Mr. Brown has met beyond my expectations for his great and his unforgettable service.

Within two years I ve purchased two cars (one for me and one for my husband) and I happened to get the same sales person both times. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with TJ. He gives honest feedback about the vehicles and listens to your questions and concerns. I never felt like he was pushing his own agenda and he worked with us on features, finance options and pricing. My husband jokes that I love coming to the Nissan dealership, but they really did take the headache out of car buying.

Tried to buy a vehicle from Devon Nissan and what a waste of time that was. I had to call and call to leave messages for Chris S. and he never had enough respect to give me a phone call back to at least say he was really busy and we would speak soon or just flat out tell me that you didn't want my business, very unprofessional to say the least!

I was referred to Devon Nissan by my sister from church. She said how well they treated her and they work with her financially. She said girl tell them what you can afford and you ll work with you. Three days later I went to Devon Nissan. Guess what...I m driving off in a 2017 Jeep. TJ treated me well. TJ patiently worked out payments that I can live with. TJ showed great customer service. He kept checking on my friend who drove me to Devon Nissan.
