I am a former employee at Destinology and I had a really bad experience working here
The amount of times they did wrong by me are as long as my arm! Their behavior is shocking the image they try to portray you would think you d get high class service! You re absolutely mistaken! You don t! ignoring people is common here not just with their customers they ignore staff too, the staff moral is very low and they literally don t care as long as they sell a holiday to you it really is dog eat dog so don t be taken back by this Ignorance and poor service it is standard practice at Destinology Bolton as staff, I had promises made that where never delivered upon! Pushed hard. Stripped of my confidence this is what management do to their staff. I could speak all evening of all the errors they do wrong and the nasty people who work here however, It is not about that! Besides I have much better things to spend my time on than to waste it writing about this company. if I was you though I would really not give them a second Thought but that s me, I understand what it s like here! Go to a tailor made holiday company who listens to you takes the time to package you a bespoke holiday this place will try and push the first option on you, you seem remotely interested in to sell to you if you don t book they call you all sorts of names when they get off the phone to you they re not pleasant things either, heard it all, they re two faced! you don t want that when your spending a lot of money on a holiday it s your break away to relax!! you want it right! go and book a holiday with a company that will do that that has attention to detail nice professional staff with high morals high standards there is certainly enough of them out there one thing for sure You won t get it here!

Booked a holiday three years ago which I had to cancel shortly afterwards



Instead I was offered speedy boarding as a gesture of goodwill.
I needed to add my gf to the booking and was told the flights price had doubled, I checked on the well known airline with orange shirts and found they were quoting cheaper rates direct than Destinology
When I went back to Destinology they didn t deny this explaining they don t have accounts with some airlines so it may be cheaper as they don t get any discounts (I suspect they also add a margin on judging by the quoted rates)

Destinology are great at getting you to give them your money, absolutely awful at CS after they have banked your funds. I d check carefully with other agents before booking with Destinology and don t part with any money unless you are 100% sure because they aren t interested in helping you if things go wrong or change.

Very poor experiences twice and certainly won t use them again.
Judging by the feefo ratings this review won t get seen, it appears they fraudulently only post the great reviews but it s worth trying to expose the real feedback.

Fantastic value for money and excellent customer service. Booked my first holiday with the kids in Dubai through destinology and they went above and beyond my requirements. Not only that, but they also worked out cheaper than all other travel providers. definitely recommend!

The tailored trip itself, the communication leading up to the holiday and the paperwork was faultless.
We experienced very minor issues, but my annoyance is with their lack of professionalism in failing to respond to an e-mail.
Our itenarary clearly specifies a transfer from the airport in an X5. We were transferred in a saloon car to and from the hotel, which wasn't ideal because we had to be squashed in with luggage so the transfers were not comfortable.



I assured the wife when we got home I would get it resolved with the help of Destinology. On return I received a customer experience questionaiire from Laura Simpson the Customer Manager. Having responded with our plight before submitting their feedback form again no acknowledgement and no response. So we will not be using this firm again.

It's a small detail, but regardless of size demonstrates the attitude of this firm to it's customers. So we will not be using this firm again.

Most 'user un-friendly' search tool on their website. Seems you need to know exact flight dates for chosen destination from chosen airport? (I will stand corrected) If I wanted this much leg work, why would I bother with an agent and pay a premium?

Called this company as the resort i wanted to stay in came up on a google search, the resort was in Salalah (Oman), spoke to an agent who sent me through an itinerary, the flight shown was going to Muscat which is 1000 miles away from Salalah which has an international airport 7 miles from the resort so why they would choose an airport 1000 miles away???, not impressed

I have always booked my holiday with a young man called Antony and was looking to book soon when I called him he was truly amazing I can t believe how upbeat he was in these awful times I apologised I couldn t book yet and he still chatted to me for a good amount of time I didn t feel pressured I was going to bother posting this but I can t believe how enthusiastic he was I will definitely be booking as soon as I feel confident to travel well done destinology for looking after your team and I hope to speak to Antony soon

Very poor service. Will not be using again. No customer service and poor promises made and kept. Please use other providers as these guys scam.

Very efficient and professional service providing great value for luxury travel. Craig Robinson, my travel consultant had a wealth of travel knowledge, no doubt this enabled him to capture my imagination and provide me with bespoke documents detailing the very best holiday options for my wife and I. This allowed me to book the vacation in a very short period of time, which was also of great value. Otherwise, I would be still trawling through the internet hopelessly!!

Booked my honeymoon with Destinology they mislead us in relation to various items ruined our honeymoon, i am now taking them to court and will never give up until i they get what they deserve.
