We came all the way from Chicago to buy a trailer from Desert Trailer Systems because their price was the most reasonable and no other dealer in the USA had a trailer available for pick up except for them. Right when we walked in, the service was outstanding; everyone very polite, going out of the way to help and the transaction was smooth and processed very quickly. We bought a new trailer and had a unit installed by another company. Few hours later we realized that the marker lights were not working so I called the office. They arranged for a technician to come in the middle of the night and when he couldn't fix it, we were told to come back with the trailer. They knew that we were in a rush getting back to Chicago and when we got there in the morning they already had a brand new trailer ready for us. We were very impressed with the way they handled the situation and we recommend them to everyone. THANK YOU to everyone at Desert Trailer Systems!!!
