Definitely not in a hurry to see patients. Understaffed, low moral. You are just a number to these people.

What a terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE facility. It may be nice and new, but the service sucks. I took my six month old daughter in last night with a fever and they made us wait three hours before we even went back. By the time we went back there and they took her temperature it was at 103.7! MUCH higher than it was when I initially brought her in. After waiting for another three hours for a urine test result they diagnosed her as having a "viral infection" and sent me home with Motrin. Freaking MOTRIN. No antibiotics. They told me to keep her fever down, like I have been all day. I'm sorry but fevers don't just come from it being nothing and they most certainly will not go away with no kind of antibiotic what so ever. Such terrible care here. What do you expect from military staff I guess.

Waited for 4-5 hours with a broken thumb in er waiting room... was awesome experience

Misdiagnosed me And my children for several different things would not recommend bringing anyone here unless you really want them dead
