I've been jammed in their system for 9 months for a C&P exam on a disability claim. 9 months the VA has been requesting more information from the doctor so they can process my claim. I have heard from their employees that this should have been closed out and to the VA in 21 from the time I was examined by the doctor. 9 months later, the VA still cannot move forward, because this company has failed to get the doctor to provide the proper information to the VA. If you have a claim processed by this company, I wish you the best of luck. You're going to need it, and then some.

Hiring through them is absolutely biased. They judge by looks and what they themselves want in their company. Not qualification. Myself, my mother and my father have tried to apply. All of us well qualified and instead they hire people with little to no knowledge on customer service and no college.

Most unreliable company I have had to work with. I have been hung up on a majority of the times I have called. I spoke with the supervisor, John, who said he would email me a voucher verifying time critical information, and the email never came. I know most people can not choose to avoid this company due to the military, but if you can, please do. For people in the military who need to work with them, verify everything. If you do not I can almost garumtee they will fall short of standards. Personally, their mistakes have caused me disciplinary actions.

Every call ends in them hanging up in soldiers faces with no warning. Can never get an appointment scheduled, they do not care to help just read information off of flash cards. They are polite in talking with you but just there for a check.

Im just stuck in their system. The VA requested an opinion letter. LHI refuses to send what VA requested. They requested a new request from the VA 6 months ago. Meanwhile my claim isnt going anywhere. Im certain this company knows what is needed by the VA to process these claims timely and correctly. Theyre just more concerned with making sure they charge the VA for every little service that they hold your packet until the VA formerly request extra services. All of their mistakes, greed and lack of following through costs the Veterans months and months and soon a year for me. Yes a whole year without any benefits or help. Meanwhile all of my peers whom i filled my claim the same time are already receiving compensation and care.(they didnt go through LHI) Just stuck in LIMBO and LHI doesnt care. I wish anyone that had their C&P exam done by LHI goodluck. Youre going to need it.

Processing of military personnel within 2 days ran...

Processing of military personnel within 2 days ranging 90 to over 316 + individuals with some non scheduled coordinated with military POC is amazing. Performance key is completion of PH Assessment is "Required" and "Mandated" by military standards as per regulation and guidelines of annual exams. Hindrance can affect flow but is not uncommon. All branches of military personnel are reviewed prior to event and coordination with their POC.
Irregularities can occur but is referred promptly.

Yeah LHI i'll definitely travel out of state (4+ hours travel) for a medical checkup that takes 5 minutes. On a random monday when i said i can only go Thursday-Sunday. I can definitely afford all this. *Intense sarcasm*

I went in for an evaluation for military benefits . The NP there never measured my range of motion . She measured my SCAR but did not ask about any any prior surgery. Was very lax about the whole exam process which was just about 7 minutes. I feel she just wanted to get me in and out..

It's funny how lhi on his website says he provides...

It's funny how lhi on his website says he provides fit for duty for the soldiers but when you call to make an appointment they say they can't do that? So my question is this legal? say they provide a service and not do it? And another thing when you go to the clinic appointments for PHA or for whatever reason one of the questions is if you are here for a fit for duty and is very sad that I am really screwed and I do not received any type of guidance or help from them to the point that I had to travel to another state and look for an active duty base just to do a fit for duty. Understand my point why they have that they provide fit for duty for soldiers who are in service like Army reverse, national guard and Agrs and and it's on the website.

This organization is the worst! Due to LHI and their poor choices, I'm in danger of loosing my VA benefits. I was sent to a provider through LHI and due to the providers quick in and out example and personal opinions, they VA is considering dropping my benefits that I've had since 1998. I filed a compliant the day of the exam after the example was over, on the providers personal opinions and lack of professional, I have been trying for awhile for a copy of the compliant, but LHI stated they will not give a copy of complaint, due to it may get them involved. All I was asking for was a copy of complaint to attach to my appeal. They do not care at all about helping veterans, this is another group lined up with the federal government to get a paycheck for referrals. Horrible group out for federal funding from the government and do not give a DAMN about veterans! I am advocating to boycott this organization, write your congressman , organize with local veterans groups to put the word out on LHI.

LHI's online scheduling system is unwilling to sch...

LHI's online scheduling system is unwilling to schedule times or days that work with your schedule. The systems forces you to choose days during the week that has to include time between 12:00-5:00 pm. Of course the provider picks a time in the middle of the day that will disrupt your entire work day, Next issue is with scheduling a PHA appointment. They tell me there is not a provider within 50 miles( I am in Rockford Il.) to conduct the PHA, The closest provider is in Madison (LHI is a Wisconsin company). I asked why I couldn't do it over the phone as had been done in the past. The response is that you can but I have to have the unit contact them to do this. How does this fall on the soldier? They cant/wont find a provider to conduct a PHA any closer. My conclusion is not out of Wisconsin, and that seems to be a big conflict of interest. Every year this company constricts and restricts Reserve soldiers who have full-time jobs (making much more than what the reserves pays for these services) have to miss important time at work.

The people they have working for LHI as contract Doctors in Watertown N.Y a physcotrist or mental heath dr lied about that saying that my PTSD and Depression disorders from the service related has been cured and these things just don't go away that easy because it just take something to trgger them off ,and now i'm losing some of my benefits from my compensation being dropped down alot and now i'll might be homeless because i might be losing my home because of the quack for Dr. that only knew me for only 20 minutes,and i want file a complaint on him for malpractice

Terrible company to work with. Nothing the service members request as far at times and date availability is taken into account, regularly send you as far as possible from your home for appointments. I would rather go to the DMV everyday for the rest of my life than deal with this organization.

ACTIVE DUTY ARMY NOT STATIONED ON A BASE HAVE TO GO THRU LHI. THEY ARE THE WORST. I JUST WANT TO GET APPOINTMENT TO UPDATE MY YEARLY PHYSICAL. IT REQUIRES ME TO LOG IN ONLINE WITH A USER NAME AND PASSWORD. PASSWORD EXPIRES EVERY 90 DAYS LOL. SO DO ONLINE STUFF. THEN CALL THEM BACK SEVERAL TIMES. NO APPOINTMENT. SO I SAY HEY THE CLEVE HILL MEDICAL GROUP IS A PROVIDER AND HAVE USED THEM BEFORE. THEY SAY CAN'T FIND THEM ON COMPUTER. CALL DOC AND THEY SAY YES WE ARE A PROVIDOR. I WISH EVERY MILITARY MEMBER WILL COMPLAIN AND ANOTHER COMPANY WHO ISN'T HORRIBLY RUN LIKE LHI WILL STEAL THE CONTRACT. IT SHOULD BE FAIRLY EASY I REQUEST APPOINTMENT AND GET AN APPOINTMENT. IT SHOULDN'T TAKE WEEKS AND SEVERAL ATEMPTS. THE FACT THAT LHI DOESN'T REPSPOND TO REVIEWS MAKES IT CLEAR THAT THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU THEY ARE ALL ABOUT THE MONEY AND SCREW YOU GI.

Horrible. For an organization that is suppose to organize and set up appointments they are the worst. LHI fails to notify people they have appointments, and you wont know until the doctors office calls to tell you, you missed it.

Lhi has become NOT user friendly and cumbersome. they first called me on an automated system telling them to call someone live. then I called someone live and they told me to go back online to fill out a form and then call them back for scheduling..... that is a really stupid system and very frustrating

This company is a fraud. I asked for increase for scoliosis for my thoracolumbar spine. They sent me to some incompetent internal medicine doctor with a degree from a university not even in the U.S. I needed a neuro or ortho surgeon. Even though the curve in my spine had increased from 12 to more than 24 degrees, he said I was fine. About 90 days later, I fell out paralyzed in the parking lot at work. I work for the government, so it's all on video. Security had to come pick me up. Had to have emergency spinal fusion. Write your Congressman and Senators and ask for a GAO audit! Let's get these guys shut down. They are perfect example of Fraud, Waste and Abuse in the system.

This is a horrible service, if it's a service at all. It's so bad that a few of us in my unit are thinking of filing an IG complaint against the company for fraud, waste, and abuse. It took me 5 weeks to get one medical appointment and in the end I got the doctors contact info and scheduled the appointment myself, didn't even use LHI.

Very unprofessional when dealing with LHI over the phone. Unsat performance throughout my claim process. Seems like they always struggle to update information and or have lack of info. I m sure others have had issues with LHI and I hope there is enough grievances to raise an eyebrow and re-evaluate them.
