I've been going to Galletto's for few years now. It used to be very good!
Last time i went the service wasn't as good and the food didn't taste as good as it did in the past. And the waitress charged me extra for food and drink that I didn't like and returned!

This is my wife and my favorite restaurant in Westlake Village. I order the same thing almost every time (Bife Buenos Aires) which is their skirt steak. My wife always gets the Xixo Camarao (shrimps and vegetable skewers). The flavors are the best. It's also very reasonably priced.
Galletto's has great music and pretty good food (but over-priced). They have consistently slow service, meaning you have to chase the waiter to get his attention and they don't seem to particularly be interested in providing service. I've been there 3 times and the service is consistently lousy. I wouldn't go if it weren't for the bands.
This place was delicious! The food was well presented and nicely done, and the price matched the quality! A bit on the pricey side, but well worth it!
