I called for Electronic Steering Column Lock (ESCL) Warranty Extension. My car stop working because the ESCL defect. Nissan customer service give me a Ref #, told me to find the nearest dealership and they will take care of my case. The woman who answered my phone is very very rude and suddenly dropped the call and refuse to answer my questions. I called again, she heard it's me and drop it off again. That's how this dealership treat people.
