The service I received was excellent! My 2000 Road...

The service I received was excellent! My 2000 Road King sprung a fuel leak 30 miles from Springfield. They assisted me in getting a tow truck and got me right into the shop. They didn't have all the parts in stock but still managed to get the bike fixed and get me back on the road before they closed. A loud shout out to Sean and Rick at the counter and Justin in the shop.

Visited the parts department to pick up a few things for my scooter and the staff was very personable and knowledgeable. They are also offering a 10% discount for military with an ID. That helped saving me a considerable amount when I purchased the saddlebag guards for my Street Glide. Prices on their bikes seemed very reasonable.

We Love Denney's HD...we bought a NEW bike last year off of their showroom. The service and support after the sale was nothing short of TOP of the line. We have also become friends with a lot of the staff. They ALL treat us like family...What more could you ask for?.Their knowledge and professionalism to me are unsurpassed in the area. They go above and beyond, by making sure someone says "hi" when you walk in the door. We DEFINITELY will buy any bikes or products exclusively from Denney's HD in the future.Our hat's off to you...great job guys!! Mark & Diana Myers

I bought an 01 FLHTCUI, also my first Harley, from Denny's, and had a really smooth buying experience. There was an internal issue on their end that caused some hiccups after the purchase, but David, Sean, and Mark were quick to fix any problems and right any wrongs. I could not be happier with the customer service they gave to me. I've since talked to their service, parts, and apparel departments and I can say the same for them as well. Awesome group, super friendly, and very straightforward, honest, and educated.

Excellent staff, was well treated. Lots of parts and fittings available, and plenty of on hand inventory, even for older bikes like evo and shovelhead. All in all one of the best places in Springfield for a HD Fix.

We (three couples on CVO Ltd s) started our Rte 66...

We (three couples on CVO Ltd s) started our Rte 66 ride on 1 August out of Bremerton WA.. Went to Sturgis, then on to Chicago to start Rte 66. Day two into Rte 66 in St. Louise MO, our friends CVO battery went TU at the St. Louise Arch. The local dealership came out and gave a jump start and then we went to their dealership and replaced the battery; back on the road. Two hours after the new battery, my bikes CEL and Overtemp light came on. No close dealerships so we continued down the road for an hour to our hotel for the night. Next morning drove two hours to Denneys HD to figure out the problem. Turns out the water pump and thermostat went TU. Three hours later we were out the door with an upgraded water pump kit.
Excellent customer support! Will recommend this dealership in a heart beat!
For our other friends bike that got the new battery, their engine decided to eat a main bearing that morning on the way to this dealership. Their bike is being shipped home. Again, the dealership was very helpful.

Working with Dennys to buy my motorcycle has been an overall great experiance. From the salesman, David, who helped me decide on the right bike for me and thru the purchasing process to Justin who helped me customize my bike and the entire service department for all doing such a great job and making sure my bike was exactly the way i wanted it. The sales staff, like Mandy, helping my wife and I with the appropiate riding gear and even custom ordering a few things for us. I highly reccommend Dennys shop to anyone looking to purchase a bike or any accesesories. Customer service is second to none there!

They treat women like garbage and would rather not have your service even if you buy a bike from them. Parts dept. are garbage and the manager is a liar! Service dept are fine but you cant get service without parts. Avoid this place like the plague and take your money where you're appreciated.

Ive friends who sing praise of your store all around, but they arent women.
My mother does not do these reviews but I do as I know on occasion they can help. She loves the parts but lets face it the product speaks for itself.
Your parts dept manager doesn't treat your general manager with blatant disrespect and lie to her face I'm sure. A company is only as strong as its weakest link. She will ride or drive a hundred miles before going thru this again.

The staff at Denny's is the best I've ever experienced. I've been riding Harley Davidson Bikes for 20+ years. Everyone always greets me with a smile and welcomes me as soon as I walk through the door. Everyone always ask how they can help you. My first encounter was with the parts staff for parts for my old bike, these guys are great. Very helpful, always remember me by name. Very knowledgeable of the products and offer suggestions as needed.
And now for "The Rest of the Story". I decided I wanted a new TriGlide. Martin was the sales associate that assisted me, he is outstanding and most helpful, followed through from beginning to end. Everyone on the staff, including David the sales manager went out of their way to assist me in purchasing my bike (3 wheeler). They made the experience easy and a real pleasure. The entire staff from Parts, accessories, clothing and service are the best. I've dealt with many HD dealers all over the country and I can say without reservation that Denny's is the best experience I've ever had. This is my 4th new Harley, a lot of old used bikes, and the excellent customer service received from this dealership is far Superior to any of the others.
Congratulations to everyone at Denny's for understanding customers and working to make the a great place to do business.

WOW! I have been to a lot of dealers across the states. Hands down this is the cream of the crop. I walk in the door and feel like I just walked into my own front door. Even from the other side of the Dealership I will hear or see the employees waving and saying hello. The sale staff in all the departments are friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you. Wait I have to recant some of my statement I don't feel this appreciated at home. Hey Mark can I move in? I'm on my third Denny's Harley and am already looking at my forth, wouldn't go any where else. If you want to by a Harley you want a dealer that is up front honest and doesn't play games, THIS IS THE PLACE even after the sale. GREAT JOB DENNY'S HARLEY-DAVIDSON See you soon

Staff nice as always problem is I am 6'4" and they rarely have a selection in my size 4xl. I try to shop locally but end up going to Eureka Springs because they carry my size! Highly disappointing my locally store ALWAYS has little to no 4xl inventory.

When you walk in out of the blue for the first time in almost 2 years and your salesman greets you by name, you know you have a great dealership. They made me a great deal that I absolutely could not refuse even though I wasn't really in the market for a new bike. They lowered my interest rate by 75%, decreased the length of my loan by a year and didn't require any money down. I had to drive back to Oklahoma City to get my trade and I was more than happy to do it! The entire staff from sales to parts to clothing are beyond excellent. Every single aspect of the transaction was easy and enjoyable. Thanks Rich, John and James for a great experience and a great bike!!!

I must say this.....when i bougbt my bike from another dealer, i was treated very poorly by dennys....but something has happened since, i now deal with them regularly, Cassidy in the service dept. Takes very good care of me and my bike, i have nothin negative to say about them anymore....thanks again for takin great care of me and my streetglide...

I ordered expensive factory paint for a fairing for my Road King. I told them that Ozark Body Works would do the paint job and they told me that s who they used. After multiple attempts by Ozark Body Works they decided the paint was the wrong color. I then took the paint to another reputable paint shop with the same results. Both shops agreed that the paint couldn t be the right color. I tried to return the paint or have it tested by Harley to make sure that it was right. After several conversations they told me to bad and they wouldn t take it back. They wouldn t even let me return a bottle of paint hardener that is compatible with many colors. Definitely feel like Denny s doesn t care about customer. Go to the next closest dealer. Those guys are great.

Bought my 07 roadking from them last summer and I tell you what I ll never buy from anywhere else. Amazing people and amazing service, so blessed to get my bike serviced at such an amazing place! And looking forward to my full service and hopefully putting on some apes during the February SALE so get your self down there and save some money and have a good time doing it.

Best people around. Broke down in Branson while on vacation. Called and talked to their service department, not only did they talk us through ways we could get there, they pulled parts and saved them for us and held a spot open to fix the bike. Their customer service didn't stop there, after finding out that it wouldn't be ready until the next day, they drove us to our hotel. Best people around. Springfield is lucky to have you in their community. Don't forget their up coming event Hogs for Dogs.

Service dept, a bunch of bone heads to say the least. Took my bike in for some per-authorization work by Harley Motor Corp due to engine noise. Instead of doing the authorized repairs they conducted the same test that were done previously by the dealer that was supposed to have done the work in the first place but, could not due to my move to this state and the time that was involved with the work. After talking to their service manager I was essentially told, yes the noise was there, however they told Harley Motor Corp that they couldn't replicate mine, nor the other dealers noise complaint. And, get this, their expert wouldn't even listen to it due to it having aftermarket exhaust, air cleaner and a tuner, the latter being sold by Harley dealers. However, if I had Harley after market stuff, screamin eagle, he would have. I'm not sure why Denny's has taken this stand when in fact it was authorized warranty work already, and, a very reputable dealership (Chester's Harley Davidson of Reno NV) would. After only one visit to this dealership, I feel that they are indeed out for the company, Harley Motor Co. and not the consumer of these very expensive motorcycles. A big thumbs down for Denny's of Springfield.

After all these years of riding, 44 US states, some multiple times. My wife and I have visited, more dealerships than we can count.

This service group at this dealer is one, if not the worst we have ever encountered.

Traveling on the road, we were left to set 6 hours over a 1 hour job to change a rear brake line..
there is no way I can recommend these inconsiderate people..

Martin & Dave, are all-stars, because of their efforts I got the bike I wanted at the price I wanted. I greatly appreciate their efforts on the deal. I called 2 other dealers one that wouldn't even price their bike over the phone, and another who wanted to low ball my trade and add $1,000s in fees. Denny's was upfront on everything and worked extra hard on the price. Both Martin & Dave where in constant contact and honest about everything. Thanks for the purchase you guys will be my first call next time, and not the last! Dave thanks again for turning on the pin ball machine and keeping Jaxon entertained!

I've been to a few Harley dealerships around the country, so I'm always confused by Denney's HD. Am I shopping for a $20,000 bike in a self-storage facility? I guess they don't need a fancy showroom because the customer service is so great. Hold on, not so fast. Last year, I walked in here and the "salesman" (who didn't bother introducing himself, or stand up, for that matter) asked if I needed help finding anything. I said I was in the market for something like a Duece, Wideglide or Superglide. He pointed out a couple bikes then said if I had questions, to just ask. I did have questions but he seemed bothered that I interrupted the conversation he was having with the finance guy (I had questions for him, too). Irritated that no one actually seemed to WANT to sell me a bike, I left. Perhaps I shouldve looked richer before I walked in. It all worked out, though. 2 days later, I bought a brand new 2012 Wideglide off the beautiful showroom floor at Alefs HD in Park City, KS with almost no money down. I guess the folks at Denney's should learn that you can't guess a guys credit score just by looking at him. I don't know if their service dept. is any good, but I have a regular service coming due soon, so we'll see.
