I've bought 2 new bikes there. Both times it took me 3 weeks to work out a deal. I just took 2 of my employees up there to buy a bike. The salesman was great, and the apparel department was very helpful and courteous, but the sales manager seems to think he needs to make 3-5k off of each bike sale. I'm not above letting a dealer make a grand or two per bike off me. They have to make a living too. But it's become more of a pain to deal with them, than arrange my own financing and go with a private party sale. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on....

Management and staff are all about taking care of the customer. Love this place!

This has been the absolute best bunch of people I have ever done business with, after we made the deal on a used 2000 flhp i , the bike needed a tire, and battery, it got a full service, wash and wax almost 1300 dollars at No cost to me, wow then after putting almost 1,000 miles on it it developed a oil leak and to my surprise Dave said " bring it in we'll take care of it" turns out to be a stator plug almost 600$ and still no problem they fixed it. Service dept took care of everything. GREAT PEOPLE!!! Definitely a great experience. Thank You Denny's

Over-priced and burdened by regulations. HD is no longer a motorcycle company. If they won't even install tires on one of their own bikes or do a safety check on aforementioned bike for less than $500, they're just in it for the profit and fashion.

While traveling to a Blue Knights Motorcycle conference my bike experienced an electrical problem. The guys in the service department bent over backwards to diagnose, fix, and get back on the road again. 100% completely satisfied with their friendliness and service. These folks are enthusiastic, competent and work hard to help you whether you are buying or obtaining service. Their parts inventory appears to be very good, and the service guys have been very respectful to me when I have talked with them. I try to visit Harley dealerships when I travel and feel Denny's can well hold their own against the monster stores in bigger metro areas.
My main contact here is Jeff, from sales, and you will not find a more genuine and unpretentious salesman anywhere!

The team at Denney's is great! Although they dont have the biggest or fanciest dealership out there, the friendly staff and knowledgeable techs made my visit very pleasurable.

Everyone there knows their stuff, if your looking for a part they will go out of their way to help you get it. Everyone is very nice and willing to walk you through even the most rudimentary explanation.

Martin was on the spot and honest. I purchased the bike over the phone in Alaska and picked it up at Denny s. I never waited more than 30 minutes for a response. The whole process was seamless.

Not worth the rating I gave. I ordered a pair of boots in. It took them a long time to get them and then tried to tell me I didn't order them when I did. Do not shop here.

Traveling from California to visit relatives in the Midwest I found that I needed a larger oil cooler for my bike. I went to Denny s for one and they had to order it, got it overnight and was told they had no openings to get it installed and I had no convenient place to do it so I go back and talk to the parts guys a day or two later and they went out of their way to get me in. I can t say enough about how friendly the staff in the parts and service department were. I really appreciate them getting me back on the road. Everyone at this dealership was so cordial and accommodating. When I m in the area again I will definitely stop by.

The service was impressive from start to finish; the financing options were great and staff were knowledgeable and informed you, not try to sell you. My only gripe is the salesman did not have a great deal of technical knowledge when it came down to nuts and bolts. Overall though, I'm satisfied with my experience and selection! Thanks Martin!

I dropped in recently because I'm looking into getting into my first bike I wanted to see an 883 Iron, told the guys kind of what I wanted and was after, and they took me straight to a bike in the back to give me an idea of what it felt like to sit on. I'm kind of a bike noob, and probably could have been told anything, but they were helpful and to the point. We talked some custom parts, and kicked around numbers and different things. These guys know what they are doing and they know how to sell without being pushy (i'm in sales and this is very important). Will DEFINITELY be back in to buy my bike very soon. These guys are passionate bike owners/riders/salespeople who don't BS you and treat potential customers with respect. Dont' listen to the negative comments on here, those experiences sound like nothing you can expect from Denney's.

By far the best Dealership we have ever used. Only Dealership that has ever called to make sure we are happy with our bike, service....We live in another state, but they still remember our names etc when we show up.

Took my bike their. Because the blinkers were not blinking they came on but did not blink had it for a month and a half not counting the 3 months i was on a waiting list finally called me said i owed them 500.00 labor and they still hadent found the problem should they keep looking i told them i wanted my bike back i didn't. Owe them nothing i got their demanded my bike they got smart mouth and when i bucked on them they threatened to call the police so i payed what could i do short of getting myself in trouble i went to O'reillys to see if myby it was some kind of blinker switch they suggested i test the battery it was bad i bought another one and the blinkers have worked every since

I was told I needed a new carburetor after $800 worth of work I told them to clean it and they would not stand by their work. 20 miles down the road it would not idol down. They refused to fix it. Took it to a factory certified mechanic and he fixed it for $20. They tried to sell me a $600 carb. and when I refused they fu.''ked me. Never buy from them!!! I was a customer since 1990 but never again.
