I always bought gommadiretto because of the new tires to max 10 months ... have difficulty balancing are punctual precise ... what happened ??? in March 2019 I purchased a tire for the bike arrived on time but two years old as photos ... on a bike you feel the difference, especially if it is two-compound, the rubber is dry. I hope that it was a case and not getting worse as quality.

The offer is very extensive and the prices are really good. Ordering was easy, as was payment and delivery. The tires were about 1/2 year old and are therefore considered to be really new.

Ordering / payment / delivery seemed to work. The option of being able to choose postnord's delivery location instead of home address delivery would have been preferable in my case.

Everything is fine when ordering, but shipping with DPD
is in need of improvement. Only 1 tire the next day then
3 tires had to stay at home for 2 days.

For years I order at delticom.AG my tires always nicely delivered nice prices.

Quite creepy club. I would like to give -5 stars. On May 7th, 20 I ordered a set of complete bikes: ("immediately available" !!!) paid by Paypal. The days went by and at irregular intervals my demand came, answers like "due to the high volume of deliveries" or excuses for Corona are currently being delayed. After almost 4 weeks I canceled the order after being offered it. 2 days later the bikes suddenly arrived in my workshop (delivery address) !!! I then called Delticom again and asked when the bikes would be picked up, the order was canceled. On Monday the following, i.e. on June 15th, 2020, the bikes should be picked up again, then it was June 16th, 2020. 10 days have passed and I'm still waiting for my money. When the deadline was set by June 26, 3 p.m., there was no further reaction. I'll hand that over to my lawyer on Monday and warn everyone about this lousy booth. I cannot understand the positive reviews here, I think they are bought, since Delticom rarely holds a star rating in many other portals. The mesh also has a system, even before Corona there were problems. Please also take a look at Delticom's linkages at northdata, Tirendo e.g. also belongs to the association!

Winter tires with rims ordered:
- After a week came the information that the tires are not available and a replacement offer
- I accepted the offer, confirmed by e-mail and by phone !!!
- After another two days came the cancellation of the order because allegedly for my vehicle no tires were available (although in the online shop which were and still are offered)
- Now I'm waiting for my money for five days.
I'm pissed :-( Unfortunately, you have to give at least one star to complete the process can.

I can not rate the quality of the tires because still not received, although it was due to arrive on September 9th. Then passage on Monday 14th without warning, so we weren't there. A short note in the letterbox with a new passage today on September 16 and while we did not move any delivery passage.

Bought two tyres on gommadiretto.it. The user experience on site is a disaster. The purchasing funnel even worse.
Tyres delivered to the dealer shop and I have not been notified. The crazy thing is that you guys are (or were?) the leader in the online Tyre industry.

First and last time !!!
Ordered on 13.10.19, on 21.10.19 only got two tires. On 23.10 sent an e-mail which was answered in two days so that the appropriate department will take care of it. That was it!!
On the 01.11.19 again the contact by E-Mail tried, but until today no answer came.
Embarrassing for a company with that name

The tire purchase and processing were quick and very good.
Only DPD as a parcel service provider is a bad partner for ReifenDirekt. They like to deliver to a different address.

Ordered in the morning and delivered one day later around noon!

No correct interlocking coordination between tire order and simultaneous appointment booking with the "service partner" - booked appointment was on a Saturday morning when the service partner (according to the telephone information) only does logistics, but does not process any service appointments and the tires were then only delivered at noon anyway , ie the whole thing was then postponed to Monday; slightly annoying when you have to go shopping and cannot drive because of putter tires.

The prices and service from Direct Tires are really great and everything is great, but in my opinion the proposed installation partner is under all cannons. Now I have been waiting for an assembly date for two weeks, when I then call and ask about the current situation, I am rudely turned on and pointed out that there are more tires waiting for assembly there and they bought the tires from me. So they are given priority. Something like that doesn't work if I pretend to be an assembly partner.

The prices are always attractive, which is why I have been shopping here for years. Why shipping always takes forever (2 weeks) regardless of the season is a mystery.

I am a very critical customer, but I really cannot find any "hair in the soup" - the delivery was extremely cheap, quick and very satisfactory. 5 stars are well deserved!

The DOT for competition motorcycle tires (rain tire) was 4028 and 4318, which is not far from 2 years! Considering the price, this is not normal!
