Always the top goods ok delivery earlier than expected

Tires were not balanced. This caused me additional costs per tire. Hoping for answer.

However, the opening times of the assembly partners differ slightly as stated on the page, which means that you are standing in front of closed doors. Better to make an appointment in advance by phone. Otherwise a clear recommendation from me.

Really easy way to buy great priced tyres. Make sure you find a garage to receive them and fit them . I called the garage prior to booking the tyres to make sure they could fit on a particular day. All went really smoothly . Tyres came from Germany so leave a week before trying to book them in. I would definitely buy again

It would be a good idea to include a simple link in the ordering process so that the tires could be sent directly to the assembly workshop that is given on your list.

We were very happy with the service. Ordered on Sundays, already delivered on Tuesday. Very well packed, so that no transport damage can occur. We would always buy again at Reifendirekt / Delticom AG.

The delivery of the tires was on time. The location chosen for the editing was questionable. I make an appointment and when I arrive a rather gruff man tells me that he doesn't have my tires and that he doesn't understand what I'm asking him. I check the address of the workshop and it is correct. But the gentleman, less and less polite, reiterates his thoughts to me, turns and goes away. I'm about to go out too when I see the tires lying on the ground just two meters from us, along with many others. I point them to him and the character turns to another (who's working hard) and says "look this is your stuff!" . Moral: we ended up in a separate workshop at home ... one is being rude (he also tries to keep a few tens of euros fallen from the other's pocket) and prevents me from paying with the ATM (because it's his!) While the other tries to patch up this rude behavior. For now we are not really there, but as soon as the surly will give space to the polite and kind person, it will become a place to use. For now only 3 stars as an encouragement

I've ordered tires a few times. Everything went smoothly and promptly, from order to delivery.

I bought 2 Rotalla Setula S-Pace RU01 275/30 R19 96Y XL tires. The tires have been fitted to the BMW e60 520d. Unfortunately, these tires are not suitable for wet conditions. I do not know how the tires received a B rating on a wet surface. Driving on this tires is not safe and . I intend to return these tires. They should prohibit sales this tyres because they are not said safe.
