I have ordered new alloy rims, came alloy rims that have definitely been mounted (scratches and flaked off paint). The hub cap was also missing on a rim. I immediately reported to Reifendirekt.ch by email. To date, no feedback has been received.

Unfortunately, you are forced to give a star ... I ordered two tires about 4 weeks ago, which should have been with me after 2-3 days, but one didn't come, which was very annoying in my case because I would have needed both in a timely manner. Then I tried by telephone to inquire about the status of the outstanding tire, but after a waiting time of over 10 minutes, I had a rather unmotivated and, above all, not particularly satisfactory conversation ... a few days passed without anything happening, but I tried it by email but not a real success here either. After I had set a deadline several times to deliver the tire or finally to tell me where the problem was, I decided to cancel the purchase of the outstanding tire and, lo and behold, an answer ... is canceled and I receive on next day my money. The next day there was another email, there was probably a problem in communication and the tire was just being sent, I should decide whether I would like to have it or refuse to accept it at the shipping company and then inform the customer service about my decision. Since I had ordered another tire in the meantime (also on time), there was no need on my part and I immediately informed them or let the tire go back ... now it has been a week and I still don't have my money .
Definitely not to be recommended ... you will always be put off if you get an answer and then hold back money for an underperformance on the part of Delticom AG, to be honest, I find it a huge cheek !!!
Positive shopping experience Ordered tires from the company about 8 years ago and had a positive experience that I remember. Ordered 4 tires again 4 / 8-2020. Got them after 6 days, 4 business days. Of course, no one was in a hurry to get the tires quickly. The whole experience was positive again. In total, they were about SEK 500 cheaper than the nearest competitor. The only thing that lowers the rating from 5 to 4 stars is the shipping information which is not completely correct. It says "free shipping" but it does not say that free shipping only applies if you order the tires to a workshop. If you want the tires sent home, you pay SEK 59, which is still acceptable. Will buy from them in the future.
The order was not a problem. However, it is a different story for delivery. Indeed, ordered on 10/06, the tires whose delivery was announced with a little delay on 17 is still not effective on 22/06. While the supplier may be a victim of its success, it would have been more honest to warn of the delay before validating the order, since once it is validated we are captive.

Canceled the order and ordered a new item, but then it also took about 3 weeks, from the time I ordered the first time and until I got the item. DOES NOT WORK
I ordered the tires in the evening and they were there two days later. I call that fast delivery and the whole thing is also uncomplicated. Gladly again I can only recommend it
I have been a satisfied customer at Delticom for many years. Very good selection of tires and very often test reports on the respective tire brands, something for every taste and / or wallet. All tires delivered so far were a maximum of six months old. The delivery was always very quick. Delticom also always informs me promptly about payment, shipping and delivery status. So far I have only had good experiences and like to use this service.
1.5 years ago I ordered 4 complete winter bikes that are said to be available. After 1 month I still haven't received it and asked via email where the bikes are. After another 2 weeks (it was already December) they were delivered. For this purpose, tire pressure sensors were allegedly ordered to match Toyota Auris, but they do not work. According to the Toyota workshop, the "cloned" tire pressure sensors which the Auris did not recognize.
Again and again one hears that Delticom is not, rep. not delivering for a long time and that they cannot be reached by phone and email.
Now a new attempt, with the risk that they will be delivered late again ... that's why I ordered the new summer tires early enough. This time everything worked out and they were delivered promptly. So it's like a lottery, either the bikes are delivered at some point or not at all or delivered immediately. If everything goes well, everything is tip top, if you want to avoid the "stress", go to the tire dealer in the region and maybe pay a little more ..... for that without stress.
I only give 2 stars here because the current delivery has already arrived, but the tires are not yet assembled ..... so I have not yet seen whether they are the right (the ordered) tires. The poor rating is mainly due to the delivery of the complete wheels with the wrong tire pressure sensors.
