When I bought these Pirelli tyres through MyTires, I was impressed by the price and estimated delivery time of 5 days. I live in NW Scotland so we are used to slow delivery but this seamed OK.
12 days later they arrived....... Even stuff from China gets here quicker.
A truely pathetic service, the worst ever I think from a European retailer. interestingly, once they got to the local courier in Inverness, they were delivered the next day so it took 11 days for them to get to there.
Moral of the story, by from Black Circle, slightly more expensive but delivered in 4 days max.

I used the one that was delivered last first. The hose was shipped in a box in which there would have been space for about 10 to 15 people.

Why only two stars, very simple. I confirmed the purchase on June 2nd, 2020. On June 8th, 2020 an email assured me, apparently via file, that the tires were on their way. The delivery actually took place on June 15, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. I know we had another bad holiday and Corona and ..

For the fact that the tires should have been in stock, it's an absolute cheek! But that only reflects my opinion. I would like to have an honest consensus with the customer.
That says nothing about the quality of the tires delivered.

We have the same product on another car and find this product outstanding in terms of performance!

Two weeks ago I ordered my winter tires and paid by direct debit. The winter tires were delivered on the fourth working day after ordering. Everything went to my complete satisfaction. Thank you!

Ordered tires 16.06.20 them deliver within 7-10 business days. The tires have not yet arrived. It's okay that the carrier is partly to blame, but then Dekk Online does not have to promise fast delivery. The delivery and purchase was quick. The tires supplied were 2.5 years old. Since we drive a lot it won't be a problem, but I'll buy the next tires even if they should cost a little more.

The tires purchased at the end of December 2019 were produced in the first week of 2019 (code 0119). I am not satisfied: I did not expect such a product stock.

at first, I am very happy with your prices, but when you buy tires it simply takes too long for one's tire to come, I can tell you that over a month ago I bought 2 winter tires, I had to hand you them myself then two days went by and then they came, but no there was only one tire it is simply too bad service. so yeah i'm still waiting for that one.

We have ordered FULL-TIMING for the car and sent it directly to a recommended dealer, who then raised it. Until then PERFECT. When picking up my wife noticed that WINTEREIFEN were on the car. The dealer said he got THESE tires delivered. We contacted the seller directly. Now, three days later, still no reaction ..... I'm curious!

Very serious (German) people, forget the sites of the Neapolitans and Sicilians, they never have the goods, they make you wait weeks.

It could be 5 stars with different tires from the ones I took. Unfortunately my measurements (from quod) are always deformed and no tire dealer wants to fit them because you can't. In transport and storage they are probably tied with metal and compressed belts to keep as many as possible inside the containers. The result is that on particularly large measurements, the resulting deformation makes them impossible to assemble. It is necessary to use an inner tube of the same size and keep them "in shape" for a few days. This is the only way to succeed. For the rest, the price is excellent and the delivery is timely.
