Unfortunately, you are forced to give a star ... I ordered two tires about 4 weeks ago, which should have been with me after 2-3 days, but one didn't come, which was very annoying in my case because I would have needed both in a timely manner.
Then I tried by telephone to inquire about the status of the outstanding tire, but after a waiting time of over 10 minutes, I had a rather unmotivated and, above all, not particularly satisfactory conversation ... a few days passed without anything happening, but I tried it by email but not a real success here either.
After I had set a deadline several times to deliver the tire or finally to tell me where the problem was, I decided to cancel the purchase of the outstanding tire and, lo and behold, an answer ... is canceled and I receive on next day my money.
The next day there was another email, there was probably a problem in communication and the tire was just being sent, I should decide whether I would like to have it or refuse to accept it at the shipping company and then inform the customer service about my decision.
Since I had ordered another tire in the meantime (also on time), there was no need on my part and I immediately informed them or let the tire go back ... now it has been a week and I still don't have my money .
Definitely not to be recommended ... you will always be put off if you get an answer and then hold back money for an underperformance on the part of Delticom AG, to be honest, I find it a huge cheek !!!
