Reopened, good enough for NHL so good enough for me

Convenient, clean, in good condition. Hard to distinguish one good hotel from another.

Good location right in the middle of everything. Stayed in a standard hotel room and it was huge. Staff very friendly and helpful. Lobby shared with the Edmonton City Centre so lots of stores and restaurants available to you without having to go outside. High number of homeless people though do frequent the area, but that's not the responsibility of the hotel. Good experience overall.

Great staff, clean room, nothing but good things for a quick overnight stay

My boyfriend and I have stayed numerous times at this delta (as well as others in Edmonton and Calgary) we only have good things to say! The rooms have always been great! The staff has always been accommodating and friendly. Everything we could need and want in a hotel when we get the rare chance to get away. We ve really appreciated our stays at the deltas and after our recent stay at the Sutton and a bad experience, we won t be wasting our time ever booking with them again!

Comfortable room. However, the windows looking to the inside of the mall are too strange for me.

They call the cab for me, because my phone was dead. Thanks a lot I appreciate it.

Had a terrible weekend here. Location is good but they are under renovations and not full service. And don't notify at booking or check in pool was closed. Also elevators didn't work. Had to use freight elevator and it was dirty. Room was old and tired. Old tube television in bedroom. I think you get that it wasn't up to standard.

Easy parking, walking distance to everything downtown, great service and reasonable rates. The suite was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Great sleep in our king bed.

Excellent location! Easy access to lots of amenities and activities. Mostly in walking distance. Rooms are being renovated and the results are quite nice. Very friendly staff. This hotel is a sound choice if you need to be downtown.

Higher price than better hotels. Staff seemed sleepy at counter when chatting to them

The hotel is attached to a mall, and my room had an interior cute, looking down into the mall, which was a bit strange. The room was large, clean, and nice. Furniture looked new, and it was comfortable for relaxing and working for a few hours. Staff was friendly, and I had no issues. There was coffee in the room, which was not very good, but it was caffeine, and they had a pot of Starbucks down in the lobby. Location was very good, as it was just a block away from the office I was visiting, and I could actually make the whole trip inside the mall if I wanted.

I have no complains about this hotel. It is just excellent.Very clean, friendly staff. great location and food was great.. I loved it so much, my husband and I had extend our 2 night stay to a three night stay. Recommend this hotel to anyone you will not regret your stay..I will be staying here again in the future.

Bad housekeeping. I stay there last 2 weeks. My cloth was stolen. They taught i will not notice if they steal 5 items/cloths of mine. When i reported, the front desk didnt really help instead trust their housekeeping. BAD SERVICE BAD HOUSEKEEPERS. THEFT

Beautiful modern and unique renovations, however lacking essential commodities and applicances in the hotel suite. No hot water kettle, microwave in a kitchen style area, however I don't blame them because this is not necessary. Location was beautiful and very nearby the LRT and ETS loop. Located in a mall that closes early and opens late.

We stay at the Delta almost every trip into the city. They give us great rates, great service, and very nice rooms. We also like the convenient location.

Located in the downtown, rooms were clean and well maintained.

First of all the require a $100 deposit a night if you pay with visa or debit...which I thoight was weird..and I was not told about when I booked the room. So I had to pay with debit...they held my $200 all weekend and then gave it back to me without eveb checking my room! Whats the point of deposit.
The room service wasnt very good. Everything tasted like it can from a box wich was disappointing.
The room was nice tho. The staff were all nice. And the fact that it was attached to a mall was awesome

This was.... NOT good. Between the room temperature (AC wasn't working, so it floated around 22), the fire alarm at 5 am the first night (things happen and everyone is safe, at least?) and the 6am music BLARING from the restaurant below on the second morning, I will very happily stay somewhere else next time. It took half an hour or so, but the music was eventually turned down.

The staff is responsive and kind, and these things were not really in anyone's control, but my stay resulted in an overall negative experience at the conference I was in town for.

Customer service was terrible. They double booked us into our room with another group of people. To make up for it, they gave us a tiny bowl of pretzels that were suran wrapped - probably a serving size for 1 person. Then when we got back to out room at about 1:00 am, the adjoining room to us had an alarm going off. We notified front desk, and they failed to check it once. When we phoned them again, they came up and said they could do nothing since the person in the room was not answering. We asked to be moved and they said they would look into it, but didn't. Eventually the alarm stopped when the person returned to their room. We couldn't wait to leave the hotel - worst experience ever

Room was enormous. Separate living and dining area, with a big TV in the the Living area and the Bedroom.

Room looked nothing like the advertised pictures, huge column going right through the middle. Spend your money and bonvoy points elsewhere. What I can only assume is a blood stain on the pillowcase see attached picture. As a bonvoy gold member very disappointing

I was greeted immediately and with a smile. They were friendly and answered any questions with ease.

We arrived kind of late but made the hotel aware of that. We had got told the parking options we had. One of which the woman checking us in left out that we couldn t park on the left side of the hotel as that wasn t their property. If we had known of the option earlier instead of paying 42 dollars a night as that was our only option it would have made my night or stay better. Then checking out and going over the charges was even more of a nightmare. Other than the parking everything was an average 2. But definitely won t be staying there when I come back to Edmonton.

The Delta has done an excellent job of renovations. Less the elevator, the hotel is in excellent shape. Modern design with comfortable beds. The hallway LED lights can be a tad harsh on the eyes in the morning or late at night. Valet parking was $42 and was billed directly to my room.

Great hotel in the heart of Edmonton with access to everything, especially the Rogers Center.

Didn't have a very good sleep. You decide. Called down to house keeping and they said that was the one they took the box spring out. Did get a little off price. Spent on Charaprator.

Everyone that worked there was very friendly, the man who brought up room service was quick and nice and overall a great experience. The rooms were also very pleasant as well!

The hotel is our had been recently renovated. I was given an upgrade to a bigger room and the rooms are looking incredible. We had a wet bar with a pull out couch and 55 inch TV in the living room as well as a king size bed with another big TV in the actual room. Service is great but parking is expensive though Delta unless you are going on and off frequently. Excellent live-action and writing walking distance of the new arena.

Service was super. Room was was quiet even with construction going on. Helpful with recovering my items forgotten in closest. Price seemed fair and a short distance to the Casino and Rogers Place

Atrocious stay, worst Delta experience I've ever had.

Helpful staff, great amenities (including well equipped gym facility), close to shopping and rapid transit. Room could have been a bit cleaner, but overall a really great experience.

Very strange hotel. My room had a strange layout, not well cleaned, no real air conditioning. Overpriced for the experience.

booked into a king suite on the 7th floor...had a nice view, room was really large. Totally needs an update... Tiny tv in the living room with a pretty stained up sofa. Tv in the bedroom was an old fashioned one from the 90's. My room had no hot water... lovely. considering one of the first things you do after travelling is shower.... When I told the front desk there was no hot water, it took over an hour for them to send someone to check things out... Still, not hot water. The front desk lady offered to bring me a kettle.. Seriously... a kettle. to fill the tub. What the hell??? I finally convinced them to switch my room... The new room was bigger, older, but had hot water. Although, the tub was dirty. I won;t be staying here again. $179 a night. Could have had a better experience at a super 8

Not the best and not the worst I've stayed in. It probably deserves 2.5 stars but whatever. First lets talk parking. If you have a large truck, you've got to know the exact height or have big cahunas to park in the parkade they use. I fit under the height restriction sign but couldn't fit under the first beam at the start of an incline... So back out I went. Parked in the lot on the other side of the street with ease - just had to pay. Check in was great, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room... Well, the furnishings are ok, could use updating but it's not like I'm living there so who cares, really. There was a long hair in the bathroom sink, and the ice bucket was "clean" with no bags to put inside to keep it sanitary. There was some kind of vibrational noise in the room, which could definitely be bothersome for some people. Overall it was ok, but if my wife had stayed with us, she wouldn't have been ok with this place.

Everything was fine. Nice and friendly staff, room was very spacious, breakfast was good. Parking was easy in the structure next to the hotel. The whole area of the city is a construction zone at the moment so it s not always a pretty view. The hotel is attached to a mall so you can do some shopping, but shops close early Monday to Wednesday.

The rooms need updating. The televisions are old SD CRT models that need upgrading.

Very central location. Nice big room. Price too high for the equipment.

The service is friendly - however, a friendly face feeding you incorrect information is WORSE.
You have to pay for parking.
Our room was not made up EVEN ONCE in 2 days so we had to call and ask for new towels.
Shower was permanently hot.
Upgraded our room and was charged double what we were told.
Mysterious Extra charge showed up on credit card.
The list goes on.
You should avoid this one.

The room we stayed in was very nice, and seemed to have been updated recently. The front desk were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Would enjoy staying there again in the future.

Beautiful hotel, excellent service. In an awkward spot to get to, especially with all the construction in the area.

Have stayed here a few times. Love the location. Now even better for Rogers Place. But not happy with the room. Upgraded to a jacuzzi room. Got a smaller bed. Why they don't have a king I don't know. The noise from filling and running the jacuzzi is crazy. I mean from the other rooms. Was woke up from a dead sleep when someone decided to have a soak in a room next to us. TV is not watch able. It's an old tube TV. Anyways I know they are renovating maybe they can fix a couple things.

Workation stay

Nice hotel, friendly & helpful staff.
Location is attached to a shopping centre, which is convenient. Said shopping centre also has full restaurants, some which stay open quite late. So meals shouldn't be an issue.
Walking distance to Rogers arena is handy as well.
Amenities and rooms are very nice.
Would stay here again.
