The room smelled like cigarette smoke for a while, but the stuff were really excellent.

Poor bathroom/shower design that caused water to leak on the floor. Room had a smell from some sort of cleaning chemical. Staff were very nice.

Always a good spot, corporate services very useful.

Beautiful hotel! Definitely recommended, only thing is the layout can be confusing. But over well very well maintained.

We were very happy and had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. We had our simple event in river valley suite which is spacious and luxurious room. The staffs were very helpful and accommodating especially to Jaycee and Diane at the front desk. They gave us complimentary treats and they made our stay extra special. Also, we had our sumptuous breakfast at district 102 (in house restaurant). We could not ask for more. Will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to everyone.

This was a great place to say. Very friendly staff, even upgraded us to a jacuzzi room. Clean and well kept rooms with comfy beds, I would definitely stay here again.

Went there to resolve booking issues because the person that I spoke with on the phone was no help at all. When I went in they were more than happy to help me in any way possible. All is good now

A modern and newly renovated hotel in downtown Edmonton. The location is ideal and connected to the City Center. You can get to several stores or fast food restaurants without going outside. There are many great restaurants within a few blocks. Parking garage is connected to the hotel. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious. They are currently renovating the restaurant, it s expected to be completed by December 2019. In spite of all this, the staff is consistently disorganized and chaotic. 3 stars for the confusion and agony.

I hav come here to borrow some gravel and they not give gravol. I am ver Mad and me stomach

Was just walking through to commerce place but Delta is always nice and clean. Great conference space

Stay at the Coast instead. This hotel does not have any amenities. And the mall it's in fills with homeless people every night

Outstanding hotel, in the middle of a shopping mall. Good when your kids are teens. A little worn, staff very friendly. A must when in Edmonton is West End Mall, giant, giant, giant ......

Had a Christmas party at one of it's halls. Venue and food was great!

The place is dated and shows signs of its age with thing like marked furniture, water damage on parts of the ceilings, and worn carpets. That said, our stay was very pleasant. While showing those signs of age, everything was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Conveniently attached to the city centre downtown mall that offers a number of amenities and a very short walk to the train station.

Very interesting layout for a Hotel.
Rooms are nice, large and quiet.
Quite the walk to get to your room if your on the back side.
Also kinda laughable that they still have old school CRT televisions in the rooms still.

Great location! Also since the hotel is attached to the mall you don't need to walk far to amenities!

Subpar for the brand and Marriott standards. Looks like a recent upgrade, but no lounge or true onsite restaurants, just entrance to mall and food options there.

Nice and close to Rogers place. Attached to mall with restaurants, movie theatre. Rooms very nice and comfortable

Parking is awful! First thing we were told take out all valuables! Made us feel secure no huge choices of places to eat! Not good at all so far!

Central location is basically in the mall. Other side faces parking garages. Staff very friendly and helpful and room nice but hotel definitely not scenic. Thought I read they had a pool, but they don't - just a whirlpool /hot tub.

Weird. Having a window look into a mall is weird. A lot has been renovated but plenty of pieces are noticeably old. Great staff, solid little gym... but a little weird.

Great spot for a meeting. Great helpful staff, especially the knowledgeable AV guy.

Very comfortable stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Location is great. Bed was super comfortable!! The hotel has undergone recent remodeling lending to a refreshed feel. Would definitely stay here again.

Calan the associate at the front desk made my experience an extra enjoyable one - after a long day of seminars he was a pleasant and courteous change of pace. He even upgraded the room to the newly refurbished set. Great experience overall!
