Airport operations have always been a complex, finely-tuned balance between capacity and demand, passenger experience and cost of service, the predictable and the unexpected. Then came the pandemic, and predictability was suddenly turned on its head.

In a volatile world, the coronavirus has taught us that operational planning based on last year s approach will not help us rise to today s challenges or those of tomorrow.

Truly international airport. Best in the country. Especially terminal 3 is world class. There is a huge shopping area which hosts some of the worlds biggest brands like swarovski, Da Milana. Food court has variety of options vaango, KFC, McDonalds, Dominos, subway, costa. Also shops are avaialble enroute to the gates while we go through Travellator.

The Airport is really Spacious and Safe.
The Terminal - 3 usually deals with the International Flights like Boeing Jets from Jet Airways and the Terminals 1 & 2 deals with the Domestic ones...
We also have a Metro Station at Terminal - 3 which is at WALKABLE distance from The other 2 Terminals...
The IGI Airport is fully informative so you won't really have a problem searching for places where you need to go... As everything is well explained.
Overall, IGI Airport is a Must Visit Place.

After arrival went straight to the Prepaid taxi booth across the main road and the process was smooth, no touting, no negotiating. A few people approached while sorting things out infront of the airport but all good, no aggressive approach. From airport to my hotel near to train station cost inr500 for 2 persons with 2 luggages. The set back was we queue for 2 Hours to pass the immigration, extremely inefficient.

A truly world class airport. The T3 is amazing.

World class airport. Very less waiting time. Has plenty of space to relax, am amazing food court, great outlets to shop and excellent lounges.

Immigration staffs were some of the rudest person I have ever met in my life . Some cops were supportive but some were worst . Very angry and arrogant not supportive at all .

This airports is better connectivity for international Shipping and traveling. And good multilevel parking.

Safe and secure journey after 7 months!! We have to cross Covid-19 situation!!

Few things where improvements can be done

Entry doors labelling
Terminal numbers display to be of bigger size

Announcement Mike's to be of clear tone n should not make humming sound

Internal layout of Terminal 2 may be readjusted as it has huge spaces unused by travellers as well as shops. Can be used ina better way.

Pick up spot has bay numbers demarcated clearly but no taxi is parker in them. All the drivers park taxies in chaotic manner.

Food items are bizarrely charged
Plain dosa rs 150.....
2 wada n 1 idli Rs. 136......

Nothing is available for less than Rs. 100/.
Water bottle Rs. 60.....

One of the best airport in the world . Very beautiful infrastructure, this airport has. A lot of awards is collected by this international airport. This airport have much more traffic.This airport is connected with the amazing Delhi metro rail corporation which connects it to the New Delhi railway station. A lot of flight go through this airport to worlds popular cities .

It's about Terminal 2, pretty decent but small. Shopping corners, eateries are well placed. Variety of stuff to explore while you wait for your flight. Only thing it feels congested, especially at the level (-1) GATES. At the times of Corona, it feel more dangerous and unsafe.

Nobody is bothered for maintaining social distancing, neither passengers nor airlines or airport staff.
As usual rules are nice but implementation/ enforcement is pathetic.
Mask, face shield, markings on the floors are just window dressing and sound good. Ground reality is far far off..

It has four terminal. I've gone at terminal 3. All the facilities are available. Very good to go there. You may get flights from there to all over the world. At terminal 3 near food court there is an Indian Air force simulator for flying the aircraft. You can try it in free. Mobile charging points are all over there. Go there in time because it's very big airport and you may get delayed.

This is one of the best international airport in the country. Most elegantly made a new plush building with all the amenities possible. Lot of counters for check in , practically all the airlines have counters and flights from here .

Indira Gandhi International Airport is one of best airport of India. World class facilities available here. Security level is very high. Behaviour of airport staffs are helpful and friendly. Interior design and decoration of this airport is fabulous. The lounge facilities are also great. There is a big food lounge, multiple cafes all around the airport premises.

This is biggest airport in India. Almost all over the world's flight operates from here including domestic flights

Nice infra. But somehow i feel seating position on terminal 2 should be a bit changed. It's like seating in bus.

No proper plan in covid situation. Landed at 8.30 PM and came out of customs for quarantine at morning 6AM. No food, no drinks.

The Indira Gandhi international airport aka IGI is one of the top five airport in the world. The IGI airport has three terminals.The IGI airport is named after ex PM of India late Indira Gandhi. Architecture of this airport building is world renowned architect Habib contractor. Indira Gandhi airport provide the best in class services travellers with some Delhi delicacies.

Becoming old. But TV's are good. Food items are very expensive. Only rich can eat.

Quite cleaned, very strict on sanitization and mask wearing. Very less traffic in terms of passengers.

Special Shout! Well went few months before but forgot to post my experience. Great service, everything was awesome, staff & security members as very frank and i like the radio songs over there. Also, the ambiance and shops in the main terminal was amazing.

Indira Gandhi international airport is a fantastic airport with awesome World class facilities. The staff the automated facilities all are very good and fantastic.its really a World class airport.

Excellent precautions and every safety being taken to ensure absolutely zero to minimum infection spread! Sanitizers everywhere, everything being checked, tested to ensure passengers safety!

Rating is for terminal 2. Plaza Premium Lounge closed for renovations, no other lounge in terminal 2. Restrooms stink with old style urinals where men are made to stand in a line to pee into an open gutter (see picture). One of the gents restroom is closed for repair and when I went to baby care room next door to wash hands, some security took it on himself to almost force me out of it saying men are not allowed to enter it, even for washing hands. Head of the airport, please teach customer service to your staff...

The airport is very well managed with contactless sanitation. All the process is very smooth with enough help from staff.

Very good staffs are there. Malayale staffs who are very helpful are there. Good parking. Taxi is available. Good washrooms are there.

This is one of the best airport in India.... and all over the world also... The skill of engineering is amazing.... And the design of the airport is beautiful.... Too much clean... Many types of shops are there in the airport.... service is very good....and the staffs are very good...and helpful....

Check in was easy, everyone is polite. One tip if you are in hurry when you get your bag checked keep coins, keys and electric item outside. Because if it's in the bag they are going to make you take it out of your bag.
