Strikz Review

We went during their reconstruction phase which made things a little messy and smelly BUT we had a fantastic time anyway. The staff was pleasant, especially our waiter Christian. He didn t skip and beat and just made our time bowling that much more fun. After bowling we moved on to laser tag which was great except a print out afterwards would have been nice. A few of the games needed upkeep but like I said they were doing some renovations so hopefully it will be even better next time. We will definitely back.

We felt very safe during the pandemic while bowling here. I even have ADHD grandchild and he was able to run around and not interact with any of other parties thank you

I watch them clean every ball and area after every family.

This spot is AWESOME for $20 on a Monday you spend an entire day there and have a blast

This was a cool place but not as nice as Main Event. The food was better. They have laser tag and bowling in a dark, bar atmosphere. Was super crowded when we got there at 7

Me and my children had a ball. But yes but one of your staff members overcharged me for alcoholic beverages. I ordered my drinks and the bartender told me 35 dollars. I thought that it was a little steep for two beers and two shots but I paid it with no fuss. To add injury to insult. He placed my change in his apron. When I asked him about it he responded that he thought I was going to tip him. Although I didn't appreciate his actions I told him to keep it. Kind of baffled I walked to our bowling lane. My children excitedly ran to the lane. A young couple there was about to bowl also. The man walked away and returned with a manager and he moved the couple over a few lanes. I felt that the move was racial. But I left that alone. Finally my girlfriend ordered the same thing I ordered from the bar and her order was 24 dollars. Didn't let it bother me too much but I want to let you know that I am not too happy about some of your staff. If you play the cameras back from Saturday night you will see that all that I said is true.

Nice place used our pogo pass during spring break.However, they could lower their prices on the electronic games sections prices to play them were in my opioion expensive.

Strikz has everything for every age! Whether you have children, a few friends or your work team, it is a blast with great hospitality! I highly recommend!

I had my son's birthday party here. This the cheapest Bowling place ard Frisco, so the standard and the host for your party is very unprofessional, not worth the money for the food too, the pizzas are so thin and soggy.. and the manger had paid no attention to our complaints, the host are school going kids, didn't know what they are hosting sometimes, mine vanished in the party and me and my frds handled the party. they just come back end of the party for TIPS.

Enjoy it a lot. Super fun. Laser tag arena isn't as large as some but nonetheless super fun though.

We rented out the private bowling room, the "rose room", for a meeting and it was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good as well. Good pizza and wings, much better than I'd expect at a bowling alley or "main event-style" venue. We also did a round of laser tag, for about 10 adults we had a lot of fun.

Great family spot for games and bowling, but I can never find a bowling ball that's a size I can use. I have asked the staff about this and was told "what you see is all we have".

We had a great time bowling and playing lazer tag. Great deal on the weekends! Old Bay wings were awesome.

The establishment itself is great however, the staff is very rude. You're all about customer service, no matter how many hours you've been required to work! The price for bowling was very reasonable.

Love this place! It s my favorite bowling alley!! The VR machines here are much better than main event! And it s not even crowded!

It's fun. The games are all functioning and new looking. I can't give it 5 stars because I don't like the D&B model. The games are very expensive and you'll burn through $50 watching your kids spend an hour in the arcade. We added laser-tag to the cards but there were never any games going except the birthday party games. So that was a waste.

The price is great if you don t account for being told you have to eat with a mask on? I am all for wearing masks, but not even restaurants require this? Then one lemon drop shot was 9.25? No ma am. I ll pass.

The bowling lanes were pretty nice, the food was okay, and the laser tag room was decent. The staff weren't all that attentive, and the arcade area was really muggy.

This place used to be pretty, now it's kind of messy. Renovation is under way. Bowling lanes are not that great. The ball was getting stuck all the time. Not worth the price...

This review is for the birthday party events. The birthday party was advertised as being 2 hours but you only get the private room for 45 minutes. The first 15 minutes of the official start of your party are spent doing nothing. The next little while is spent doing the activity that you picked, such as laser tag or bowling. Then you go back to the party room and get pizza/cake and get kicked out of the room. Note that your party has another hour to go and you don't get a chance to open presents.

The second hour of your party is supposed to be spent playing arcade games. The birth kid is given a $50 game card but everyone else gets a $10 game card. The games range in price from $0.75 to $3.00, and the time it takes to play a game ranges from 10 seconds (for the prize-oriented games) to 3 minutes. Hence the average cost is around $1.50 per minute.

Just to lay out the math problem here, for 1 kid with a $10 game card, they will get around 7 minutes of game play time ($10/1.5). The birthday kid has a $50 game card, so he gets 33 minutes. Once all of the other kids run out of money while the birthday kid is still going, and the party is only half over, every parent is put in the position of having to pay to reload the game card.

For every kid to be able to play as long as the birthday kid, every kid's parent will need to put $40 on their game card. If you invited 10 kids, then their parents will have to pay a combined $400 in game card reload fees to be able to have something to do for the remainder of the party. Therein lies the central scam of this place and how they rip off not only the birthday parents but the parents of every kid invited to the party.

For the steep cost that you pay for an event here, you get very little out of this place other than someone cleaning up the birthday room mess for you.

I think bowling is a bit over priced no matter where you go. But I'm sure glad that Stikz was my choice today. The service makes the huge difference in places where you go. Got great service from the desk to check in for bowling, it was only 20min wait. Got to play 2games of pool. They sent someone to service us while playing and bought food while bowling. The server always came to check on us. Very nice guys. Sullivan and also an older gentleman. Both were very nice.

My wife surprised me by inviting my friends to my birthday.

Bowling, Lazer tag and arcade games. What more do you need.... Beer and pizza. They got that too.

Had a great time getting back to bowling with a few friends. You could tell they are very conscientious of keeping things clean and sanitized. Daniel Icenhour helped us get our lanes set up and made us comfortable during this new phase of opening back up. The wait staff was also very attentive.

If you could add more games and a more things to do you would allow more people to do things at your place

Great place for Bowling and Laser Tag games apart from other games and Food.

They also have a Photo Booth with Props to take good pictures.

It was a fun atmosphere. Took the kids bowling. Expense, but cheaper if you have a coupon. Clean. The staff was friendly. We didn t try time food or drinks.

Had bowling and great entertainment for our 4 yr old and her best friend also 4. We adults could also sit back have bloody Mary and enjoy laser tag. Good toys were won and I can't wait to go back!

Awesome place. There is no height restriction for laser tag which was great for my 5yo. Great promotions along the year. Fair prices.

Got the $10 per person unlimited activity package. Had a blast bowling and playing pool.

This place is pretty cool! There are many different sizes of balls. Remember that you have to be 10 or under to use the gutter rails. The food is really good too. And when I went I found a good coupon. It's still a good price even without coupons. You should go!

I love that this place is family oriented. There is something there for all ages of the family to enjoy doing. My family and I always enjoy our visit there.

Great bowling alley and had a section for games. The food wasn't the best, but honestly, who goes to a bowling alley for food? We had a ton of fun for the entire family. In fact, during my birthday, we're made a trip here and we had fun!

My son has had two parties here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Party rooms are large and clean. Plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained

Games in the arcade are reasonably priced, and they have a lot of games my 3 year old can play

I love the atmosphere and how well they are maintaining their social distancing regulations. The only thing I'm not super happy with is the bar service. The first time I went the bar tender had a bit of an attitude and wasn't very accommodating when I ordered food. But honestly compared to other bowling alleys this one is by far the best I've visited in a long time. They have friend staff at the front desk and the lanes are properly maintained! I'll be going back again real soon!
