Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) Review

Very very joyful and peaceful feeling here and good ground airport staff....and thanks of million our CISF security forces

It's the best, I found the staff , CISF n all very cooperative

Everything smooth. Proper social distancing observed, efficient process. Good experience

Only issue is transfer to Domestic terminal from international terminal. Not enough celar sign boards.. also no sky bridge for transfer.. you have to get out to road and enter the other terminal

Even with less passengers the staff were not able to do their duty coz of the pandemic. Clean areas, lobby, no launge as such. Could be better as it's the airport of the country's capital.

A very good Airport with modern amenities, but the Security people are not cooperative n polite (wasting time in unwanted and useless checking)

Had an awesome experience. An airport should be like this. Floor was carpeted. Toilet s were clean. Adequate signs were posted for the convenience of the passengers. They also got free WiFi.

Very beautiful place and area clean and green about 3 km of airport area very nice experience and the staff of airport are very friendly and quick response and gates system very unique and excellent engineering design of stracture i want to all india are clean and green like this.

Its one of th best airport inindia n departing from here so many flights for different -different countries .

Quite secure and as per covid situation sanitation is going on time to time.

T3 is the worst and exactly as I thought it would be

Spacious well maintained.
Jet and all flights are there so at departures there are many numbers of gates.
However security may take time as there are peak times. And security check in area is congested.
Couple of gates for boarding by bus on ground and few on level one through aero bridge.
May get congested at peak hours.
At arrival wide spread. Should find a taxi

One of the best airport in the country. Everything is so managed in such a great way. Entries, displays are so clear and staff is so trained. So hatsoff to indian govt.

Fine , spacious and good maintained. But long queues and changeover is hectic

Very good place but smoking zone has no covid regulations

its good place , but i when i visited in lockdown no rules are followed by staff and other concerned persons/.

It was really nice that authorities were taking action to prevent the outbreak of the virus in delhi and I support there effects too. It was just that the place was not organized. There were only one thermal reader and people were missing there connecting flights and were getting angry because of it. After the getting clearance from the health center, the same information was asked by me for 3 more places and it was causing a lot of problems. But still they were doing there best and I support there initiative but they were not organized about there initiative.

Very nicely managed in view of COVID-19.... Just long walks for the boarding gates....

One of the best international AirPort in India with all amenities,humble staff,best duty free shops for chocolates,liquor and many more other shops for bags,jewellery,food courts etc.,It is stated as number 1 airport for serving about 40million people both domestic as well as international flights.it has 3 terminals.

This big airport offers lots of facilities. There's a large group of restaurants and fast food. Waiting areas are clean and comfortable. You can upgrade your waiting by purchasing a stay in a luxury one.
The staff is well prepared and happy to help. The airport itself is organized.

Very beautiful airport and when i went here i see that all staff are helping to all people they talk with all politely . Boarding is easy to done . I am so happy to see this airport and take flight from here. I meet with one american man he also says that it's airport is too nice

It was really amazing at the largest airport in India with the staffs being really helpful and supportive during the COVID-19 pandemic situation. Fantastic experience at the capital city. The CRPF men are always there to guide the passengers regarding the boarding formalities and respective boarding gate.

Lovely place. Lots of changes are going on, but still the legacy of serving as the capital is there.

How rout is shifted from Delhi to Hyderabad now change Tripati

Good discipline and management... Security people help passenger and other people who entered in airport area ...

Ample Parking space.. And even if have to drop n go.... Or pkup n move.. Then as well good space.. Only challenge at Departure is TROLLEY. It's no more at each gate.. So when u enter departure section at IGI T3.. U will see trolleys at the entrance on left... So plan to pick trolley right there..

Delhi airport was very clean. Had to stay the whole night, had a good atmosphere.

Indira Gandhi International airport is one of the most attractive and neat and clean airport in India.Really its a structure of modern technology and science. The airport is full of Modern advances.All the opportunities are available here.And finally it s a very much significant airport.The significant airport is named after by the great leader Indira Ghandhi.

only just bcz of today when i going to exit T3 i saw that airport as a delhi cantt railway station person was sleeping on t3 infront of staff and not only there is 1,3,or 5
more than 20,30 people was like that
in this covid situation

Really it's a very good & clean Airport with all type of facility including Hotel, Metro train, buses, taxi etc.

Massive state of the art Airport of international standard.

There was no display flight of Vistara Delhi to Mumbai UK-943 reach after Security check at 7.00 am at airport. But manage gate 54 by asking at another gate.

Visited Delhi during pandemic, people are not keeping distance but are wearing mask and have seen sanitizing their hands.

As the doors of the aircraft open, my throat get choked due the heavy smoge due to stubble burning.
