It was good. Safe but could even be better if the rules are enforced on people properly.
Delhi airport is among the top 5 airports in the world in terms of ambience
it's good but improve your behavior with defence person in luggage policy
Beautiful airport. Proud to be Indian. Well maintained and clean compound and had the stores of most of the popular brand. In case you want to do shopping. No problem for waiting for a flight or a guest. Highly recommend.
One of the best airport in the world. Lots of facilities and helpful staff. Security is well taken care of here along with the directions to different gates. Very well designed and ambiance is very classy.
The best airport in India. T3 terminal is amazing. Enjoyed each and every moments here. Connected by Delhi metro as well.
All the facilities are amazing... You can spend easily 2 to 3 hrs
Amenities at T3 are awesome , however seating capacity at each bay need to increase considering capacity of planes.
Good Airport, Metro, Cabs and Bus availability, good Security as well
5 star place. Availability of everything you need. All facilities. You can buy anything here. Food is best here. Enjoyable stay waiting for departure.
Very neat and clean with Duty Free shops. Polite staff and supporting.
Covid testing process is not managed properly. I had to go back from exit 3times as right information was not provided. One officer said you are clear with one stamp...but I needed 3 stamps to get cleared.
When passenger come out..
There should be 2lanes
One..covid clearance received..so they exit out
2nd lane for covid clearance required
Right now..sheep's set free without any leash .... Bad experience for wasting 3hours which can be done in 1/2 hour using right planning under six sigma
Busy airport.. Good facilities and nice infrastructure
Really good airport... restrooms are clean... huge collection in duty free..lot if shops
You can get maximum numbers of flights within India and Abroad. And you can also get delicious food and ice cream there.
Travelling during corona : arrived at T3 and the experience was smooth. Everything was well organised.
Very good invironment and helping staff of airport. Everything is perfect.
Indira Gandhi international airport is the one of the biggest Airport in the World. It has 3 terminals for Domestic Flights and 5 Terminals for International Flights. It occurs Huge area and total airport it covers with one color carpet that looking good . And many more services are available here that we can't find in other international airports. Really appreciate to see it. My first time visiting Experience was very amazing. I enjoy the airport and employees are friendly and helpful.
This is one of the best and busiest Airport in India. The architecture has its own class. The place is well maintained by the authorities. It is always clean. There are number of counters for enquiry & process done. Food court also there. The airport is spacious. It is divided into Domestic & International operations. Taxi facilities are available to go to across places. The lifts are spacious. Elevator are big in size. Lot of chairs & sofas for seating in waiting area. Mobile & charger spots are there. Toilets are clean. Staff is humble. Boarding pass printing machines also there to save your time..Best Experience Ever..
There have been some tremendous improvements in safety and handling of large numbers of people since the airport began normal operation again after a big pause in this pandemic situation. Despite being moderately crowded we were able to love through security at least as fast. The staff is generally helpful and the security is good. Even with limited number of people working currently due to the pandemic, most of the services are still available and are quick enough to let you make it through to your flight on time.
It's about Terminal 2, pretty decent but small. Shopping corners, eateries are well placed. Variety of stuff to explore while you wait for your flight. Only thing it feels congested, especially at the level (-1) GATES. At the times of Corona, it feel more dangerous and unsafe.
Crowded, bathrooms not that clean.
Has good amenities, tight security, good shops
Very managed and well guided with security equipped airport
Nice airport. It was the best experience for me, whom I am all the time travelling a lot, to see the boy who really was very smart to wrap my luggage! Thank you so much! All my things were safe as he pressed all extra air out and wrapped bags really tight. Also they looked small and were easy to handle. Thank you!
Number one airport of india and world in the ranking of cleanliness
It's one of the best airports I have visited so far.great services for different areas..but worker class discriminate between foreigners and Indians due to tip issues..everyone should be treated equally to improve the quality of airport..
Great place for starting your journey.fully functional modern airport
The airport looks barren with a huge drop in passengers due to covid scare.
Many shops inside the airport have closed down due to the pandemic.
Security checks are very very slow due to staff shortages and also due to passengers carrying all sorts of things in their hand baggage which gets detected by the scanner and is held up for checking thereby delaying others in the queue.
One of the most awarded airports in the world. It is known for continuously upgrading and updating it performance by following the requisite ISO processes. It handles almost 40 mn passengers per year
Beautiful, Well managed, neat, clean, connected, good services and a lot more...
It's a big place. You need to be sure which terminal you're going, because it's a long gap between adjacent terminals.
Well managed
Clean
Good level of security checks
Food court available
This picture encourages YOGA to the passengers passing by.
It clean and hygienic .. beautifully handling COVID
Very good maintenance. But announcement of vividh related phrase in hindi is very erratic. Please correct it.
One of my favorite airports, I may say among the 12 countries I have been to. Maybe not in tidiness, but surely Delhi international makes up for its grandeur and pleasant service!
Feels amazing to be in a world class place. Proud to be INDIAN.
Pathetic airport. No proper checking, dirty toilets and very congested.
Terminal T-2 of Indira Gandhi International Airport is not as jazzy as Terminal 3. However, it's equally modern and efficient. Point to note : Some flights have boarding Gate at Ground floor, which is quite cramped.
We checked out of airport after really long travel, from what I could see and experience airport is good, no complaints, felt duty free prices are higher than regular wine shops, checking on covid results and related work is good, though its painful for traveller's, customs is strict, scanning each and every bag thoroughly. Saw someone asking for money from a guy, not sure what that guy was carrying or who that money collector is and why he was asking money? All good experience for us, no complaints...
Health conscious people always catch flight from IGI airport and never use escalator or travellator (the standing walk thing). It's huge, and clean, and efficient. Wifi speed is great and prices in the shops are sky-high, just as you would expect. It even has its very own FM radio channel. One suggestion, if I had to make one, is to please sync-up the various announcement speakers. You are running a hundred crore operation here, how difficult is it to rectify a few second audio delay?
Very very poor service , officers have no manner to talk and there is lack of management passengers was not happy with security and other officers behaviour accept immigration officer.
The staff was really rude and not helpful. Will not come back here due to the horrible experience.
They are doing far better as compare to many international airports
Everything is so fine here. Security + staff + safety.
Good. However, the seats are not really comfortable enough for taking rest while
waiting
Covid test RT-PCR available here for all departure passanger, and result available in 6 hrs,
You can collect results before your departure, as counter is open 24x7
Some shortcomings like there is no display showing where the checked in baggage can be collected making it slightly more of a hassle
It is one of the best airport's I have ever visited.
Been to terminal 2 and was much relieved. After a long time
When i had been long back, there was no parking.
Was. relieved to see parking nearby..instead of going up on ramp towards departure of terminal 2 take the left most fork just before ramp..bery convenient and nearby.
Earlier had to park at terminal 3 n walk.all way.
Thank you GMR
It was an average experience overall. Right from Check In to Boarding the wait time was too long although there was not much crowd. Management could be a bit better.
One of India's biggest airports. It has all the amenities for passengers including lounge with sleeping chairs, in house shopping, food court, rest rooms, drinking water etc. Helping staff available for any queries. The airport has travelators available between gates to commute faster.
