Very organized in terms of hygiene and sanitation during the COVID 19 period. One of the most technologically evolving airport operating 24x7.

IGI Airport is one of the best airport is the world. All the facilities which generally remain available on an airport are available here. Beautiful airport.

We Had a Very Comfortable Experience at Indira Gandhi International Airport also known as Delhi Airport. It was spacious, clean and Well Organised Airport in India.

Overall it was a good experience but the staff was rude and very unhelpful.

Food court was good mcdonalds, subway etc options were available.

Loved this place, little bit expensive but overall good

This airport is a world away from the smog, duty and chaos of Delhi. On arrival, we cleared customs quickly, and the duty free was good value.

On the return journey there is a wide range of shops, duty free and food outlets. There's also a well stocked pharmacy.

Covid19 has hit it hard. Hope to see it function full-fledged soon.

It is very massive & eye-catching airport in New Delhi. Interior - amazing. Exterior - Excellent. Provide world class facilities to its travellers. Spread in wide area, this posh airport is well connected to cities.

You can easily wait here for 6 to 7 hour without boring, good sitting space available with full of neat and cleanliness.

The airport is huge and has all the facilities. It is like a luxury shopping mall within the airport. You can get all kinds of eating options as well.
In short, you cannot get bored on this airport.

One star for having a bit of ntwrk issue in jio for getting otp while boarding. Otherwise everything was great, everything went well and now on board.

Its best Airports ... They have taken care of minute things always a great experience from traveling through this destination

Overwhelmed by the size of it. Good arrangement in terms of safety and sanitization. Baggage claim may take some time. Advice to have atleast 3 hours between connections.

It was fantastic very big and clean well decorated & designed. Because of covid 19 there was less crowded yet special flights were running frequently so there were queues for immigrants.

Even in covid 19 situation....the handling of people at airport is well managed .... security personnel ... immigration people are very cooperative...hatsoff to these people...thank you immigration people.

Airport is clean with working escalators and walkways. However many people were sleeping all over the floor near baggage collection and immigration.. Looked ugly

I visite Terminal 3. But parking available on Terminal 1,2

I was very impressed! Fantastic presentation, very neat and welcoming for passengers who are leaving or arriving in India.
They are very organised, and the airport staff and helpful. At some places, the airport felt like a mall!

Quite convenient but lack of suitable chair to rest..

Main thing is that the international airport aur in Delhi but I am very happy to hear that's the point and to these facilities to the international airport aur ye security or other is very clean the main thing is that the place is very good. It is main facilities all provides the international airport in Delhi.

Avoid in the current Corona times, otherwise not bad....
1. Badly mismanaged
2. Passengers required to stand in queue outside @45"C, followed by 2 other queue inside hall.
3. Air India staff took 30 minutes per passenger to generate boarding passes, AI111 LHR, taking 3 times ticket price in the name of rescuing.

There is no facilities for those ladies who are traveling with ailing kids. It's surprising nobody is bothered.

I would zero ratings bcoz the structure of airport is improper and you had to walk so much.In addition to this the management of the airport is not satisfactory at all.Therefore,before asking for ratings improve your structure

The washroom in the T2 airport near gate 26 are like railway station.
The cleaning person cleans it on regular basis but the washroom made are like railway station. The domestic airport should also get better service.

Huge airport and served as a hub of South Asian countries. Very clean toilet. Great service mind from airport staff even we were in a rush-minute before missing the connecting flight. 1000 times better than Kathmandu Airport.

Everytjing is filled with amenities. Just keep escalators running so that passengers don't have to walk

Wonderful airport, clean and beautiful. Its brand new airport in New Delhi. Immigration staff and other airport staff were very friendly. They do their best to make you feel happy and comfortable.This airport is silent airport so we didnt get any notifications.That was the problem happened with us.
