Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) Review

No doubt, one of the finest airport in India. Every facility is there. Washrooms are super clean.

Nice ,quite smooth because of very few passengers, but corona mad:)

Awesome place managed by wipro and another companies. Also the clean environment and silent place. The food and water are some costly, generally not affordable by command people. The most beautiful thing is you can take your vehical to quite near the boarding gate, so that you don't have to carry your languages for a long time and all the airport staff are really awesome.

Yeah it's great. I would like to give you one advice is that If you are going to terminal 1,2 or3 from Mahipalpur chowk then only pay Rs.10 per person, as because there are many fraudsters cab drivers who are charging way too much from the people. And Bus and RTV take only Rs. 5 person for that same point.

Best airport in India. Amazing facilities. Ticks almost every check box. Everything is available from needs to leisure. Water bottle to even a BMW.

Good standard airport with plenty of amenities . Bar is also Available.

I used it few times everytime it is a joy to enter this airport it's a piece of art it's a piece of modern architecture many more praises I can use, mainly comfortable and very user friendly boards and staff is not so bad not like people on Delhi roads they do not cooperate but in this place everything has a good fCe

It is world class Airport, some part of the Airport was constructed by my cousin during hie tenure in L & T Ltd. But only one problem is if flight late no halt permitted nearby Airport.

Not as good as Mumbai CST International, but very efficient...

Spread over massive area but you will have to walk a long distance to reach boarding gates from entry terminals. Variety of shops, bar and restaurants are available inside. But as we all know everything is over expensive. There is one liquor shop inside which gets you liquor at fair price.

Pretty disorganized airport. Had to go to o a different gate in the same building. I had to exit the airport and take an elevator to the second floor. No proper signs. Had to make my way around by asking for help. Since I had a three hour layover, it was okay. But for someone in a hurry to catch the next connection, it would have been tough.

A world class airport with all appropriate measures for individuals. Be it physically or visually challenged. Provide all the amenities and services as and when required attention airport.

Good Large airport, well managed in terms of total capacity. The restrooms are not that clean though on terminal T2. The terminal T3 is very good.

Best airport. Available with all the facilities traveler needs.

Being frank, airports shouldn't be reviewed unless so pathetic to step in...cuz most of the big ones are same. Nevertheless It's quite huge, clean, lengthy, busiest and long to travel depending upon your luck on Boarding gate.

One of the busiest airport in the world. Still providing better facilities to the passenger. Domestic Lounge is very small, they should increase the size of it.

The best among the 3 terminals at Delhi International Airport. It's always crowded. So keep sufficient time in ur hand. The amenities are of great standards.

Very good airport and pretty much matches to the international standards. Clean and tidy. Food courts are available but doesn't have good options and only this place was not so clean.

Amid COVID IGI AIRPORT Delhi is maintained in a fantastic way

There's no good WiFi facility. Otherwise everything is ok.

It s one of the biggest airport in India with 3 runways operating all the time. Ranking 1st in passenger travelling. Beautiful infrastructure with Indian heritage owned and designed by GMR.

It is very beautiful airport & they maintained it very well. Now due to COVID-19 they are taking all the possible measures, you can see all food stalls even all the duty free shop are allowing limited people to shop at a time and they are sanitizing everything very often.

Experience is good evening is hygiene
Everybody is following social distancing

There is looking something different scene inside the airport as compare normal days

The busiest airport of India but the management is so efficient that it becomes quite easy to go through all of the process. Plenty of option for food n snacks, bar n lounge, smoking areas.

There is separate pickup point for UBER, nice and easy.

It's a long passage to the exit. Moreover, it took me more than 40 minutes to get my baggage! And this isn't the first time!!

People management needs to be properly carried .. felt staff shortage and cluelessness in following social distancing

Very Very Big.Not very passenger friendly because of the diatance needed to be covered from security check-in to boarding & vice versa from arrival gate to baggage counter to exit.

Very nice, classy and beautiful airport. It is very big, indeed worthy of being called the largest airport in India. Everything is very well organized.

It is okay. We are comfotable. Have to wait till Air India USA flight time. Spending time in leasur. No problems.

It's on the outskirts.
There are many places to eat namely Nescafe, KFC, Chaayos etc.
Arrival is on the ground floor and departure is on upper ground.
Metro is also available.
Currency can be exchanged too.
Beautiful place.
Somehow, this dog managed to reach here.
