I got a room with a view on a high floor to watch the fireworks and when we got to the room, it was an extremely low floor and no view! They tried to help with a giftcard and move to a room on the 12th floor, but smaller than we paid, but it did not help! We missed the long-awaited fireworks! The rooms are very nice and clean. But it was not enough to repair my disappointment! I paid too much and did not get what I wanted! I'm really disappointed. Thanks to Jorge who tried to do something, but it was still very difficult to get something for the happened! Next time I'll have to specify the room !!!! That's why my grade low! Otherwise it is super amazing the hotel, pools, room cleanliness. The beach area was closed. I think because of the time of year. (December / Jan)

My go to hotel in Las Vegas! A very pleasant environment close enough but removed from all the hustle and bustle of the main areas of the strip. This hotel has among views and takes care of their repeat guest. Parking and valet are always a breeze and I don't feel crowded in this casino ever. Close to convention center on property. This hotel delivers everytime! Mandalay Beach is a beautiful and relaxing poold, though they could use a tad more shaded areas to beat the hot Vegas sun. I'll always come back.

Delano has very comfortable beds! I love their mattress! The employees were friendly and of course environment beautiful. One thing I would suggest is to expand the fitness center. It was kinda small.
Thank you! We enjoyed our stay at the Delano!

Spacious rooms, nice amenities such as the pool, which needs to be the case because of the resort fee. Parking includes a fee, but at least once it is paid, you can also park at 2 other hotels free. Check in takes a while, I'd try to figure out how to do mobile check in.

Great place, EXCEPT, they definitely need a new key system. Both of our keys failed despite the fact one never left the sleeve it was given to us in. We ended up riding g the elevator numerous times, ended up in line of course, before getting our new keys. On the elevator another guest was having the same problem.

Takes ages to get to guest services. Iron was not working, comforter had brown rust spot. Took more than 45 mins to get an iron.
No information was provided about various shops and dining options. Basically figure out yourself and look on the TV. Parking is 15 dollars for overnight which gives to access to all mgm hotels. I would not stay here again, its more like a 4 star hotel

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were excellent, helpful and timely. The bed was comfortable bathroom and tub were spacious. Having a separate closed off area that we could use as a living room was very nice. I can't recall the last time I was that comfortable staying in a room.

Went to the spa at Bathhouse. Beautiful facilities and absolutely amazing massage. The spa attendants, howvwe, lacked any kind of customer service skills. We asked one girl to give us a 15 minute warning before our treatment time so we could shower off...Had I not gone to check my phone, we would have totally missed it. She never even poked her head in. Two of the girls stood there and chatted around several people trying to get ready and acted inconvenienced when you had to go around them. The showers had decent amenities but several were out of order. The robes were ridiculously hot and made of stretchy knit fabric that revealed too much and yet overheated you...Not a fan. But...Trisha gave one of the most effective massages I've had in a long time. It was paid full but I'm moving more freely than I have in mind that. I highly recommend her!

Hotel was nice and modern. Beds were very clean and comfortable. However, $15 for an in room, 1 liter Fiji "courtesy" water is highway robbery. Also, the in room "courtesy" coffee kit for $6, is just wrong. Especially, when Starbucks offers their Venti coffee for $5.99.
Reservations...we had, what we assumed, reserved a 2 bedroom (king/2 queen bed) suite. Only to find out that when we checked in, we were given a 2 bed queen suite. We had to pay an upcharge of $125 a night recieved that correct room we initially reserved.
Didn't have many options at 7pm on Saturday night on the strip in Las Vegas.

I rented a 1br suite in the Delano, Las Vegas. The room was fantastic. The staff was super friendly. The restaurants and bars are top shelf. The Franklin bar is a very swank cool place to unwind and the had a DJ playing great music. Delia's is the place for a great breakfast. The bacon was out of this world. The Skyfall lounge is like on the 60th floor with a great view overlooking the strip.

We chose this hotel due to it being pet friendly and close to the strip. Front desk staff were nice and courteous even at 2 in the morning! Rooms are large, clean. Loved in room. Oh the toiletries smell nice and are on the higher end. Rooms are quiet, private with great views from large beautiful windows

Glad they finally got rid of THEHotel name, which might rank as the most-luxurious-worst-named hotel ever built. Stayed here before and after ....same great service. All the amenities via Mandalay Bay, and yet with the quiet ambiance of an off-strip hotel. Service is always outstanding. Plenty of great restaurants to pick from. Hardly need to go anywhere else on the Strip.

The rooms were very clean. The towels and robes were small and scratchy and low quality. When we inquired about a "complementary shelf" sign in the mini bar fridge to store food, guest services had no clue about it. They were nice enough to give us an additional "complimentary" mini fridge instead. Thank god we checked the bill on the way out because they charged us for the fridge and we had to have it removed. We also tried getting ice cubes on 2 separate floors and both the machines weren't working so we gave up.

Overall the room was large enough for 4 people and the bathroom was nice, but the amenities could have been better for the cost of our stay.

Great rooms and fantastic staff. My only real complaint is the lack of complimentary coffee... Anywhere...

The room's are nicely appointed with robes, q-tips, and cotton swabs, the Wi-Fi is strong and really fast, and the rooms are really quiet, probably due to some noise deadening panels on the walls.

We have full use of the Mandalay Bay pools, as well as access to an exclusive pool for Delano guests. It's a fairly short walk to the conference center and there are dozens of restaurants within a five minute walk.

We enjoyed our stay. A little to pricy. 5.50 for a 20 ounce soda. Only a armoire in the bedroom for clothes. Had to live out of my suitcase. One drawer.
Beautiful views. Quiet room. Very nice staff. The most knowledgeable and helpful were the security guards. We arrived at the hotel at midnight Las Vegas time (3:00 am our time) and our room was not ready. We were given a small food credit.

This was a nice hotel. We upgraded from a king room at Mandalay Bay to a king suite for an additional $20/night. Rooms and furniture were comfortable. And the valet parking was easily excessible without having to walk through the casino. The one problem was that almost everything seemed so far away from the Delano side. Restaurants (apart from 3940 Coffee and Della's) were quite a hike. 3940 was out of everything we wanted, and the prices were outrageously expensive. Oh...and this goes for the whole casino/hotel complex -- the air everywhere was purfumed. Different scents in elevators and different parts of the property, but I sneezed the whole time I was there.

Be prepared for sumptuously rich design.
The lobby alone will wow you by scale and comfort. Lighting design is exceptional. Draw back is that there is only one restaurant in the hotel so you will have to walk to eat.

Comfortable hotel with sleek and modern design, nice view on high floor to the Vegas strip, friendly staff. However common 5-star amenities like pool access, gym or even complimentary water bottles are average. The front desk is very slow and check in for early arrivals are impossible. I had to wait 4 hours to check in. Spa extremely expensive. Nice rooftop bar. More like an upscale 4-star hotel.

Hands down one of the nicest hotels on the strip. Stayed in a king suite and had a large living area with wet bar and a large adjoining bedroom with king size plush mattress. The bathrooms 1.5 in total were nice as well.

Decent hotel but way overrated. I've stayed in Vegas about 20 times over the last 15 years and this hotel is nice but was by far my least favorite hotel I've been to and I had a king suite compared to standard rooms at other hotels even my stay at luxor and flamingo were better. I've stayed at Mandalay bay twice and I much prefer it over the Delano not even a close choice. Also this hotel property is far from all the good scenery on the vegas strip. If its an option pick a hotel in the area of the Bellagio for the best "Vegas" experience.

Overall, a very clean hotel and beautiful hotel. Lots of food options and things to see. The only reason for not rating 5 stars is that there was a night that I ordered room service and ordered two glasses of prosecco and a dessert for myself. I stated that this was serving 1 person and not 2 (there is a $4.95/person service charge). The lady taking my order followed with, "Giiirrrrlll, you know you're only going to get one set of silverware then!" I found that very distasteful and unprofessional.

Located on the end of the strip closer to Luxor and MGM Grand. It's part of Mandalay Bay so you have access to the Delano pool as well as the Mandalay Bay pools as a guest. It was very easy to walk to the central part of the strip or grab an uber.

All of the rooms are suites and have a separate sitting area/living room in addition to the bedroom. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from the 22nd floor. The bed was extremely soft which felt pretty nice but would be uncomfortable if you have back issues. We were on the pet-friendly floor and wonder if there might have been dander in the room that led to us waking up with puffy eyes and congestion.

Overall a nice stay for a quick trip but definitely was allergic to something in the room.
