Gallo Jewelry Review

Everyone at Gallo is amazing!!!! My husband and I are renewing our wedding vows. We decided to get new wedding bands and get a new setting for my engagement ring. I would like to mention that my husband purchased my engagement ring from Gallo 16 years ago (yes, 16 years ago!) I wasn t sure what type of setting I wanted. Rudy and his team were so patient with me. They showed me so many different options. I went there 3 times before I decided on a setting. We just picked up our rings last week and we couldn t be happier The people, service and products at Gallo are astounding.

They did an awesome job and were able to get it done right on time! Highly recommend!

The young gentleman named Robert is phenomenal! He is detail oriented, knowledgeable, and patient. I have been looking for months for the ring that met all my qualifications! Robert plus the staff is friendly, and I love the ambiance. The jewelry is high quality & reasonably priced. I highly recommend!!!! You can t get better than this. My fiance and I got our wedding rings here. They had an incredible selection at extremely reasonable prices. The customer service is on point. It only took 3 days to resize the rings. I took off a star for their punctuality. Both Sundays we went, they were late to open. We waited about 15 minutes the first time and 30m the second Sunday for them to get into the store. I dont know if this is a Sunday thing or what but two Sundays in a row this happened.

Love the Place. The atmosphere is friendly. The prices are reasonable. Ceylan is very helpful. Just bought a Gold bracelet and a rose gold necklace and very satisfied with it. I would highly recommend this place.

Robert provided the best customer care I have ever experienced! He was efficient and attentive and clearly explained every step of the process during my visit to purchase my tennis bracelet! The jewels are A1 and half the price of the "big guys". My time with Robert certainly has a lasting impact on experience on how I view jewelry stores moving forward. x

This place really is amazing. They helped me resize a ring and i got it back faster than I thought. And their selection is beautiful too.

The staff at Gallo Jewelry were very professional and friendly in sizing my new watch!

My truck broke down and I had to leave it in the parking lot. Someone tried stealing my truck out of the parking lot. The ownership or management took the time out to go back and look on their cameras to see if they could see who tried to steal my truck. Very nice people that work there.
