Location is almost at the end of the strip. It will be a while if you walk . Its connected to mandalay bay which is nice if you want to gamble or use the pool. Room is very clean and spacious and nice house keeping service. Only hit or miss will be front desk. Either they are really nice or you will end up with someone who doesn't care (mark was horrible, give me attitude).

Didn't stay at the hotel per se but the bar near the entrance is swanky and cool. What a neat place to grab a drink. They even have $4600 shots of fine aged scotch for the high rollers. A new updated to the Mandalay Bay hotel. It's a convention hot spot.

Hotel was beautiful. The cafes inside were very good. Service and staff very helpful and nice. I also really like that it was connected 2 Mandalay Bay and the Luxor and Excalibur. The pool area was beautiful and great wait staff.

I just check in this hotel today. If I can give a zero star for the service, I would.
1.while I get into my room on 35th floor with my tons of luggge(i have a 8month baby),i found out the room is not cleaned. vodka bottle on the table, plastic bags on the floor, all the dirty towels in bathroom so I called guest service.
2.I wait at least five minutes to get someone pick up the phone, they asked me "IS THERE ONLY TOWEL ON FLOOR? " I said no.they assign me to another room on 37th floor I double checked with them if I can use the same key to open the new room, they said yes. it's already changed in the system.
3.So I packed all my luggage,(my baby was crying for food,so i need to feed him while i wait the phone in line.) go to the elevator, try to go to my new room. THE KEY NOT WORKING! so I go back to lobby with everything, cause I cannot go back to the uncleaned room with that key!
4. I went to front desk told them what happened, the guy said "sorry, it's an error" with a poker face, fix my room key, igore all my complaint ,DIDNT OFFER ANY OTHER HELP, and I end up drag all My luggage back to 37th floor! after all this, it waste me ONE HOUR!
IT'S NOT A FIVE STAR HOTEL SERIVCE!
By the way, when I came out from 35th floor, the maid told me that room is occupied.I didnt see any luggage in that room, but if it is, i don't think it is safe in here.

So I've not stayed at the hotel before but just waking in the lobby you feel like a million bucks. It's so rich. We went to Sykfall lounge and it's definitely one of my new favorites. It's not packed and the dj was spinning nice chill top 2000's mix

This is my bf's favourite hotel in Vegas. The rooms are pretty much the cleanest rooms we've stayed in. It's kind of on one side of the strip so getting around may be difficult if you're walking. There is a tram to get you from the Mandalay to the Excalibur which gets you a quarter up the Strip. If you're an American Express card member the hotel rewards are exceptional here! Between the cleanliness of the rooms and American Express deals giving us double our value this is why this hotel is the best place to stay for us.

Private events everywhere! SkyFall Lounges closed during our 3 nights stay...pools closing at 6pm as well for private events (they don't serve you at the bar as from 5pm).
We paid for a suite with jacuzzi, we got a disabled bathroom instead...
Strange (sewers) odors in the suites bathrooms.
Room cleanliness is less than average: long black hairs and dust are visible in the bathrooms.
No place to hide from the sun at the pool, you'll have to pay for umbrellas.
No free coffees in the room, and minibar in very expensive.

The room is pretty nice. The problem with the room...

The room is pretty nice. The problem with the room is that the view is mostly blocked by Luxor pyramid and it looks onto a rooftop. The view leaves something to be desired especially compared to the other hotels on the strip. The location is pretty far south on the Strip which makes getting to other locations pretty difficult and time-consuming. The shower in our room actually had calcification on it as well so that was a turn-off.
