The ladies at the front desk are so rude that you would like to go right back.
I do not know if you have learned to be customer friendly and humane.
In any case, does not seem to be the case.
The bad mood obviously leaves you to the customer.
Private calls must of course be completed only after two customers are already at the counter.
I'm sorry to have to write this but these two ladies are the first ones to deal with when you enter the building.
And if they are not able to be respectful and friendly to a customer then they have lost nothing there.
