I think it's a shame how they deal with complaints...

I think it's a shame how they deal with complaints. There is also discrimination between residents. What is being repaired by the neighbor is refused to me with a cold story about a building decree. I am considering reporting to the discrimination agency because all my repair requests are being dismissed.
