De Huismeesters is completely sorry for its tenants. This year I received the letter about the rent increase. In this letter they have the courage to start with:

"These are special times because of the coronavirus. The work of De Huismeesters is now continuing. Where possible, we offer extra service. That also means that we adjust the rent."

Apparently, increasing rent is an extra service during a crisis.
They are Charlatans.

Oh and if there is something to repair your house they will not help. They prefer to pass their problems on to the tenant.
