Have called twice with no response, maybe for the best-but no return call.

They started calling our daughter after the death of my husband. They continued to send letters and call even after the entire balance was paid in full! Do not deal with them, only your creditor!

These guys don t stop harassing me, I have told them atleast 5 times to stop calling me, have asked to be put on the do not call list 5 times, so now I ll contact a lawyer about them. Today when they called I told them yet again not to call, and that I will be contacting a lawyer and the guy said ok I ll be waiting!
Glad to see I m not the only one, could probably file a class action suit. Besides why would I want to do business with a two star rated company??

There's an informed delivery at her place. Never received a bill nor call at all and a collection agency is sending what to estate of deceased 3+ months later?!? Possible medical coverage?? Learn proper billing protocol: direct bill in a timely fashion describing service provided, wait for payment, call, THEN collect. Jump the gun, unprofessional, inconsiderate, cowardly, greedy introduction to the grieving. Very appalled.

They sent a letter saying they re sorry for the loss of my grandmother but need to know who they can contact for payments for her account. Like can we grieve the loss of my grandmother before you all start asking for payments from a deceased person. I wish I could give zero stars. People are so inconsiderate

Apparently this is a collection agency for the deceased , fortunately I am very much alive, my debt with kohls went into this collection agency, I have called made a payment with no results, last person I spoke to missy explained to me that she would mail out a payment form when I followed up, I was told that's not what they do. Never received any login or pin to set up an account no service link .?????? Sent a 100 dollar payment has not been applied, course if you dont have a pin,service link, account number how do you apply the payment . I would like my 100 back as I see now that I am with another agency

Harassing me over my dead husband's medical bills that I am NOT required to pay and insurance would have covered had IU health Methodist billed them before they killed him.

DCM Services fails to comprehend that my husband HAD NO MONEY and had NO LIFE INSURANCE!!!!!

Contacting an attorney Monday to put an end to their harassment.

I received a letter of my own death and I m not even dead.

I just got my daily email USPS scheduled mail delivery and see that I'm getting something from DCM services. I decided to look them up and glad I did because it seems they're a scam collection agency trying to collect money from the estate of the deceased. I have been handling my mom's estate since her death and know she has no outstanding bills. I plan to write "return to sender" and put it right back in the mail.

My husband and I recently lost our son, and our grief is beyond words. But today my emotions were taken over the top when in today s mail I received a letter from this company, DCM Services. The letter was addressed to The Estate of John Doe ..(Just using John Doe instead of my husband s name). In the first line of the letter they wrote: We were recently informed of the passing of John Doe , and we would like to extend our sincere condolences for your loss.

I was shocked! I quickly dropped that letter, and I began to sob. Their letter made me think about how it would be if I had also lost my husband of 47 years. We have been holding each other up since our son died.

They need to actually confirm the death of someone before they EVER send that type of letter to anyone!! Who knows how much damage they could cause people who are in such a vulnerable place in their lives.

I truly hope SOMEONE at DCM takes the time to read this....
