I m not sure how their other locations are, but their Hunters Chase location in Miamisburg, OH definitely needs some work!!! I only lived there for one year and I could not wait for it to end because of the management here! They clearly need a whole new team or retraining because no one there is on the same page. I had to make 5 calls, 3 emails, and go out of my way to make 2 trips back to the office because I got a different answer every time I called regarding the return of my security deposit. Whatever you do don t chose Hunters Chase as a future home because it will be nothing but a headache and you will regret ever choosing here!!!!!! I wish I could go back in time to February 2020 and never sign a lease with this company.

Horrible company, lies about development plans when convenient, ruining many years worth of work and destroying any remaining green space within the city. I will never do business with this company

I wanted to provide some feedback regarding Dakota who was our contact for a rental in Columbus. As a retired VP and CIO of a large Healthcare System I have an appreciation for the difficulty of finding thoughtful capable people that have a customer service focus. My experience with finding a rental for my daughter in Columbus was not overly pleasant until we connected with Dakota. He was professional and flexible demonstrating great customer service from the beginning. There were other options, but he actually gave me a sense of who the Connor Group is and I have to say he represented the company extremely well. As I looked into the Connor Group and the founder Larry Connor, I wanted you to know that although Dakota may not be known by the founder and is a smaller player in a very large organization he demonstrated the core values of Larry Connor and his organization. My daughter will be starting at Abercrombie and Fitch in June and I am comfortable she is in a safe and pleasant community. I hope you have a great day and thanks for hiring the likes of Dakota.

I worked for TCG and they were the worst and most dihonest company i have ever known. They claim luxury apta that are strangly the exact same as any other apt. As well as pay employees as little as possible and tried to not pay me for overtime. They fired all of the employees when they purchase a building and hire people that dont know what they are doing for half the price and pretend to beluxury only to show how much money the place makes and then sell it to be aomeone elses problem before. Everything falls apart

There are agencies willing to assist with paying rent for tenants yet this company will not accept the funds. There is a tenant that located 2 agencies willing to ensure she and her 2 children are not evicted by paying their rent for 3 months yet the property and parent company will not accept the help. At times like this people should be more compassionate and helpful. Extremely disappointing. Also, I was told the regional president will NOT return phone calls due to the high call volume.

The Connor Group took over the District at Linworth 3.5 weeks ago and has rapidly destroyed most service aspects that we as long term residents are accustomed to experiencing. They have not cleaned the gym once (attached photo) and algae is growing in our once immaculate pool. I understand the transition period in any acquisition, however, they have failed to consult any of the current tenants nor have they communicated their plans for improvements (many of which are unnecessary) to current residents. Our buildings are classy and nice and do not need to be painted the children s kindergarten color palate they seem to apply to all of their properties. They cannot seem to manage to simply keep the existing level of cleanliness that we have become accustom to from the previous owners. They are out of their league with our property standards and are failing to meet the the level of expectations of the clientele that they have acquired. Connor group seeks to increase rent here yet their choices, actions, and communication are subpar. I am very disappointed and will be looking to move elsewhere when my lease is finished. I do not recommend moving into a Connor group property at this point perhaps they will correct these mistakes and maintain the District at Linworth as the wonderful neighborhood as it used to be.

I moved into District of Linworth in March and everything was great when Vision Communities was the property owner. The Connor Group took over shortly after and everything has gone down hill since (this seems to be a pattern with The Connor Group). The pool has been green and moldy for a good month. They said they would shut the pool down every Monday to clean it but clearly they haven't. I wanted to enjoy a final pool weekend before it got too cold but didn't even bother because the pool is disgusting. The trash piles up and overflows over past the sidewalk even though they started charging a trash fee (who knows where that money goes). They immediately tore down the dog parks and it's been a construction site for a good month n a half. I pay to have these nice amenities but I haven't been able to enjoy any of them because new management isn't taking care of the property. They also started painting all the buildings the same three colors which happen to be the worst three colors you could ever choose. The people in the office are nice but that's about it. There's also been a lack of communication about all these changes until recently and I'm certain it's only because residents started complaining about the lack of communication.

Timothy, the lead tech, came and fixed our AC very quickly after being notified of the issue by a previous maintenance worker who'd quickly and smoothly fixed multiple issues in our apartment in the past. Maintenance is pretty quick to get things fixed once they are on site in general, and they aren't bad about coming back if needed for the same issues. We've never had to call twice for the same issue.

They take months to pay contractors for work done. That s if the check ever comes at all. Not me. To top it off they charge a $200 cleaning fee and pay a quarter of that for work done. Scam.
